After seeing a car we liked on the forecourt we had a video call with the very friendly Mark, who gave us a tour of the vehicle and answered all our questions.
We were very pleased to hear that they would replace a faulty light on the car for us before purchase. This was unfortunately replaced with the incorrect light. However, Pentagon and Mark in particular, showed impeccable customer service and went out of their way to correct the mistake very quickly.

Sales team driven purely by the sale with no aftercare in my opinion. I personally ensure I thoroughly look after my clients, it helps if you want them to come back. Sadly after care is severely lacking. Just more people in Mark Reine & Nick Wright who seem happy to do a poor job of lucking after their customers.

excellent staff ,Jack and mark where excellent and professional in the way they kept us informed with the ongoing finance decision. And they helped us where possible in every aspect of the sale.
And when we got the finance a few days later they where great in bringing the car to us because of the distance we where from derby.all in all i would recommend pentagon derby to all of my friends and anyone reading this review.

10/10 service from Mark at the Derby site, nothing was too much trouble. Mark was professional and friendly throughout and didn't put any pressure on the purchase at all. Absolutely outstanding customer service by Mark and Haig. The corsa i have bought is brilliant and can only praise Mark and Haig for their superb service. They gave me a courtesy cleaning pack along with free mats which is a nice touch.
It May cost more from dealership but it's worth every penny. Great car and a happy customer.

Not good attitude to customers at all. I asked if they work with warranty companies as i have warranty cover and they told me that they work but do not have a bank account, which for me is a completly lie given - they are seling cars for 50,000£ and not everyone has this money in cash .. a completly lie from their side.

It was time for my trusty old insignia to be replaced as it had 175,000 miles on the clock and never missed a beat. I wanted another Elite diesel model but automatic, Not many to be had, Found one at Derby Pentagon and it sounded what I was looking for, expressed interest and was called back by Matt he was apologetic and said the car had just come in and was not prepared but he sent me the photos, Put down a holding deposit and went to see the car, No hard push from Matt, no pressure to take finance or other extras. Yes I will buy again for Matt to apologise and say it would need preparing and checking before they could sell. I was in no rush and now have a lovely well presented car. Really good salesman, very impressed Matt, you are a credit to your company and you will have our future business even though you are 100 miles away. Highly recommend

I was looking for a used car to suit my grand daughter, Pentagon had a suitable one, it was probably the cheapest one they were selling, but to the grand daughter it was to be her pride and joy. We were met at Pentagon by Ryan, he really went out of his way to accommodate all our requirements. We went on an extended test drive, nothing was too much trouble for Ryan even getting coffee etc. All this for a second hand inexpensive car, a trivial item for Ryan to sell but a big event for my grand daughter. We bought the car, thank you Ryan for being so kind and thoughtful, you are a credit to Pentagon. The grand daughter loves her new car.

Rubish service....
I took my vehicle in for a service they found problem with turbo oil leak took a week to fix got vehicle back 3 days later warning lights came up and hissing noise started so got aa out they said there was a issue with turbo blowing so booked back in to pentagon they said have to wait a week to get it back in did get hire vehicle while they had mine.
They said a hose clip had not been secured properly by there engineers to the turbo never got an appolagy from them for the mistake and to top this all off my friend said he had the exact same problem with his vehicle when it went in for service.
Think pentagon need to train there engineers properly big thumbs down

Exceptional service from Mark at Pentagon Derby this week. I had seen a car online which fit all my criteria and at a fantastic price. Due to the current situation I used the online chat function first (direct to Central sales) to discuss how to proceed. Within a couple of hours I unexpectedly had a phone call from Mark clarifying that I would be able to view and test drive the car - he booked me an appointment and explained how social distancing would be adhered to.
When I visited he handed over the keys (only me allowed in the showroom) and I took the car for a test drive alone. Great little car.
Mark offered me a very good price for my old Corsa as part-ex, and when I noted the mats were missing from the new car he provided them at no cost.
Despite him being busy doing the jobs of lots of people he was able to get everything sorted that day and I drove away within a couple of hours. Couldn't rate the service any higher. Thanks Mark!

Upon arrival at Pentagon Derby we were greeted by sales executive, Ken Gidda, who led us to a selection of used cars that met our requirement. We were left to browse without pressure or influence. Having made a possible choice we sought out Ken who answered all our questions satisfactorily and we decided to buy. The car was ready for collection 4 days later when the deal was completed. The business manager, David Harvey, thanked us for our custom and ran through a few of the finer details with us.
All in all a very pleasant experience that I wouldn't hesitate to repeat, and would recommend to any prospective buyer.

Fantastic 1st class service
A massive thank you to Mark for the fantastic all round service we have received in our recent purchase. No pushy salesman and kept informed at all times. Our Corsa arrived as promised within days of purchase in 1st class condition. It looked even better than on the website. The whole process from the initial enquiry to the actual delivery was simple and straight forward. We have purchased a number of cars over the years and this has been the best service so far. The delivery was done by James who was brilliant so helpful, polite and pleasant again a 1st class service. Will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase another car !!

My daughter and initially her Grandad attended to look at a vehicle that would, if purchased ,be her first car since passing her test. Excellent, friendly staff, the Salesperson, Martha doing an excellent job and even quickly sorting out a set back that arose when my daughter was dealing with the paperwork. Car prepared to a high standard and was ready on time as agreed for handover. All staff were excellent (as far as we were concerned) but Martha did stand out for her approach, help and time taken with updates. A dealership definitely worth a visit if the car you are after could be found there.

Fantastic SERVICE from the service department, to find a radio code. Helped over the phone, as I had replaced the battery without any codes. One phone call to Pentagon vauxhall in Derby and I was up and running in 5 mins. He stayed on the phone to check that it was correct. Bought a used Vauxhall Meriva back in 2018 low mileage, was told had no previous problems and came from old couple who only did small journeys, I remember specifically asking if any engine or bodywork been done on car and was told no....... car now has only 43k on clock and having new clutch fitted only to be told by mechanic that it had already a previous new clutch fitted and some engine work done plus masking tape underneath hidden suggesting some bodywork or respray done previously on one wing.... Never trust the salesman.....

From my first visit to choose my vehical, I chose the Vauxhall Grandland x in Ruby red and thr 6 speed manual gearbox with a very punchy 1.2 turbo petrol engine. Wonderful service made me happy. Purchased a 68 plate grandland , had it 4 months and broken down twice. I have requested a replacement or refund. Pentagon Derby just don't seem to care. Still not heard anything from them. I have had to resort complaining directly to Vauxhall. They have sent all my complaint details to the sales manager which was 4 days ago and still not heard. Totally disgusting customer service. Be careful with the grandland, mine has done 8k miles and has got a serious petrol leak.
I issued a letter of complaint and requested a like for like replacement or a refund that was 2 weeks ago as advised by citizens advice. Vauxhall head office have also been trying to deal with it and are absolutely gobsmacked that no one from pentagon haven't been in touch. Their deadline is now up.

I was regularly updated with progress of my vehicle. If your vehicle is in a collision then I would highly recommend Pentagon Vauxhall Derby.

Disappointing experience. I went to see some "discounts" that they send me to upgrade my current car. The offer was actually paying almost twice as I'm paying on my current PCP. For far less than that I could get a Jaguar XE, an Audi A6, a Mazda 6 or a Kia Stinger with a V6, to put some examples.
Don't ever waste your time and try other dealers, there are far better offers out there.
