I had try switch chemist for my weekly meds as they wouldn't ask for my trust m repeat,u found then to be rude and to me, not liking the job, even my support worker called them, and told me I was right, they was rude to get in the phone as well????

The staff go out of their way to ask detailed questions about one’s health, other medications, and preferences, clearly explaining options. They remember you between visits, are kind, professional and knowledgable and display a level of care that is above and beyond what one would expect of a local pharmacy.

Very rude and unprofessional , not what you want in a pharmacy. It's not just the lady at the desk who is cold and rude but the pharmacist as well. Have seen him twice now be very condescending, mean and unhelpful to the point of embarrassing vunerable seeming people in the store which made me leave a review where I never normally bother.

Always been reliable, never had any issues.

Worst pharmacy in London! I dialled NHS 111 because I was suffering from a post root canal infection, which was causing pain and facial swelling. After a consultation with a doctor over the phone, I was asked to pass on an email address of a local pharmacy, so they could send the prescription for me to collect my antibiotics. The first woman I got on to at Day Lewis, gave me 2 email addresses (over 20 characters long). I passed them onto the doctor and he said that's all done. So I called the pharmacy back and they said "haven't received it. Nothing." And suggested that I call back in an hour, even though the doctor said it would be there in an instant. (I mean it's been sent by email, not by pigeon). I called back in an hour, as requested, still nothing and so I asked the manager for the email again. He gave me an entirely different email address to the 2 others I'd been given. I called the doctor back AGAIN to pass on the 3rd email and he CC'd me in, just incase. I called the pharmacy AGAIN and the manager then told me to call back the doctor's clinic because they need a hard copy at the pharmacy (after all this, are you serious, mate?) He argued with me, laughed and patronised me throughout the call. Almost suggesting that I'd forged the prescription. He also said that they would need to post it... Which would take days (I am in a lot of pain and I'm looking a bit like the elephant man, bare in mind). I was getting nowhere with this rude man, so I hung up. So, so... I called Kembers Pharmacy by Camberwell Green and they had all sorted in about 2mins flat. Do NOT go to Day Lewis. They are the WORST.

This is not my first time going to the pharmacy I have lived in the area for 10 years and they are the worse i have ever experienced. I actively go out of my way not to go there. The problem isn't that they don't open when they should be but the horrible condescending grey head black woman. She is so rude and I honestly don't know how she still works there, I remember being little and here being just as rude. If you don't like dealing with customers and act like asking questions is killing you, go work at the back of the store.

Called to ask for advice on how to get my normal prescription when self-isolating with symptoms. The man was so rude and just said ‘what do you expect me to do about it?’.

Very irresponsible to close your shop earlier than advertised. You’re supposed to be open til 1pm on Saturday- I got there at 12:45 to find shutters down completely.

The woman at the counter with the grey hair is so rude. Disappointing ????

Awful! They gave my partner the wrong medication and then took no responsibility for it. I see from these reviews that this isn’t the first time this has happened. They don’t seem to know or care about how serious that is and tried to blame my partner for their mistake. Avoid at all costs!

i will put in a complaint this chemist is they got most of my medication wrong and short will complain to NHS.
