Excellent service from Marina. I rang requesting information on Civics, I gave the desired spec and Marina found a couple of examples that met my requirements.
After a test drive of one of the choices, Marina answered all of my questions and ensured I knew everything before buying the car.
I cannot recommend Honda Derby highly enough. I was able to enquire, test drive and buy in a matter of days.

I can't recommend Vertu Honda Derby enough. I bought a new car from them and, in addition to having the best offer of the ones I've received, the service that Marina and her colleagues have provided has been great.
Everything was explained to me, both over the phone, on the email and in person, and the experience of going and picking up my new car has been excellent as well (very good coffee too).
I would be happy to deal with Vertu Honda Derby again.

Leaving the company car scheme, as the government now wants a kidney to run anything that's not fully electric, I fixed a budget to buy a used car. After narrowing my search and to save my marriage, I got to a short list of seven. Calling each dealer in turn, seven became three. I then dropped the third as I had no experience with Audi, and not being able to test drive due to Covid, I decided to play it safe with something I knew. Of the two vehicles the one at Vertu was a year older and done 9k more miles. So why did I buy it?
Firstly, the initial conversation with Sanjay Kareer was welcoming, helpful and informative. I had really only two questions, can you deliver and what is your lowest price? Both of which I came away with, but also a video tour and background on the car.
Secondly, the cars overall condition was excellent. I link car condition, to careful ownership.
Thirdly, the continued commitment from Sanjay. Nothing was too much trouble, making a further detailed video of the exterior to confirm the condition.
Deal done, car arrived on a trailer, and it was even better than I expected. I have subsequently had multiple calls from Sanjay to ensure I am happy with the car, and offering help if needed.
I have rated my experience with this dealer as 5 stars, as a difficult decision was made very easy.

We had a great experience with Simon Hallas at Derby Honda.
He talked us through all our available options without pressure or being rushed, to find us our ideal car for our budget.
Everything was explained clearly, from our initial contact with Simon to talking us through the cars buttons and controls just before we drove away in our new car.
Would highly recommend paying Simon and Derby Honda a visit!

Vertu Honda overall are very good. Unfortunately I have recently had my usual service and MOT done where I was told the battery needed replacing. I said at the time it had only just been replaced. I provided receipt that the battery was purchased with AA when calling Honda breakdown in Oct 2019 (well within its 5 year warranty). When I was told to follow up with AA they stated that Honda should not have taken the battery out as that voids the warranty. Currently costing an additional £99. Whilst the situation is still unresolved. Honda have been really helpful and supportive, which has reduced the stress of the situation. For that reason I am very thankful. I think AA needs to take ownership for their faulty battery and do the right thing!

Wouldn’t use again, I phoned up to ask about a sat nav update I gave them the reg and got a price. I went for my appointment had a phone call 30 mins later and they wanted more then 4 times the price. Then they deleted my feedback and the manager refused to call me back as he is to busy to deal with it.

I've took my Honda CRV for the service as part of my service plan. They carried all health checks and I was told that propeler drive shaft was missing from the car and they were struggling to move the car, when my car was fully working fine for the last six months. I was also told that the car is not safe to drive on the road and if i do need the car back I must sign a safety disclaimer which I've refused to sign. The staff was very rude and unprofessional when I challenged her about the safety disclaimer. I was almost forced into buying a new drive shaft part which was quoted £2000, luckily my friend knew somone who could get this shaft done for £300. Please avoid these garages at all costs they are struggling to sell anything in this unprecedented times thats how they are looking trap customers to recover the costs.

We've just bought two used cars from Vertu Honda Derby and we were extremely impressed with the service, especially from our very likeable salesman Aaron. It was a complicated transaction - we were part-exchanging one car and buying two - but Aaron went the extra mile (literally!) to ensure that we both had the cars we wanted. He listened carefully to make sure he knew what we were looking for, he made useful suggestions and recommendations, he took us for test drives, he sourced a particular car for us and he clearly explained the financial side of things. Aaron was patient, professional and respectful throughout - even when he had to miss lunch to ensure an appointment time was convenient for us! He was always pleasant, never pushy, and we couldn't have asked for a better salesman. We also appreciated the input from Dan and Simon, and the other colleagues who answered our calls, brought us hot drinks and generally made us welcome. We'll definitely come back next time we need a car.

We recently purchased a used car from Vertu Honda Derby and the whole experience was fantastic! The customer service from Vick was excellent, there was no pressure, no pushiness, the sale was very relaxed and he went through everything in detail. When we went to get the car he even came to pick us up from home to save us having to get a taxi which was brilliant, and he took the time to sit in the new car and go through all the controls. We had an issue with the battery a few days after getting the car and it needed replacing, Vick dealt with it perfectly. We are very happy with the service from Vertu Honda Derby and will definitely use them again!

Marina was fantastic all the way through the purchasing experience. She helped me decide on a car, showed me the options on their website and worked to my preferred timescale all along. When a difficulty arose due to an issue caused by another branch, she did all that she could to resolve it to my satisfaction. She was friendly and helpful throughout, not applying the pressure that I've experienced from other car salespeople. It felt like she was helping me with my purchase rather than focussing on her sale.

What a fantastic dealership, and the best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle.
My salesman was Aaron Buckley....an extremely polite and well mannered young man...who was funny and engaging and made the whole experience an enjoyable one....from enquiry to an actual purchase. He was a total pro at his job....nothing was too much trouble....and given the fact it's a fairly new job to him....he excelled himself massively! He's an absolute asset to the Vertu Group and Honda themselves.
The handover itself was amazing and Aaron made me feel very special when we unveiled my Type R, and the car itself was spotless inside and out! I even recieved a special Honda Box as a gift.
Other mentions I should make would be to Dan and Simon, who both hold higher positions in the dealership than Aaron. Both were very welcoming, engaging and funny...took time out to explain things fully and completely....again nothing was too much trouble!!
'Thee' BEST experience I've had bar none....and Vertu Honda Derby will be my first port of call for my next vehicle!!

We collected our new CRV today, from beginning to end the purchase went very smoothly. The deal we were offered was a good one, £1000 reduction from the test drive and 5 years free servicing with a good trade in for our previous car. The Sales Executive (Cassandra) was friendly, polite and professional not wasn't at all pushy, the car was handed the car over to us with a comprehensive explanation of the controls where we met the Service and Sales Managers in, again a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
