We bought a lovely used Mk2 Jazz EX from Simon Hallas at Vertu Honda Derby. Simon was excellent, letting us look around the vehicle and reach our decision in our own time. No high pressure sales techniques were used, with Simon being very honest that if we missed out on that particular car, a similar car could be sourced. My husband and I travelled from mid-Wales to view a CR-V. We were disappointed with the car we went to view but were treated with great respect by all the staff in Derby. Cassie went out of her way to find us a car we liked and although we ended up spending more money, we have now got a CR-V which we love! First class experience all round. Plenty of time for the test drive. Car was as described and in superb condition. Marina was very professional and friendly - and nothing too much trouble. I picked up the car at the end of the week and the handover was made very special, which was quite a surprise from previous experiences elsewhere.
Nice touch at the end when Marina's manager popped out to see me off as well. All in all - very impressed.

Customer care was second to none! Excellent. The team managed to turn around a Civic for us when circumstances beyond our control necessitated a change of vehicle within a day. Knowledge of vehicle was good, although our purchase, a top of the range Civic sold itself with quality and additional features.
As a long standing Honda owner we’re looking forward to continued service and advice with our car.

I have been to this branch of honda twice in 2 years to potentially look at a new car. On both occasions none of the sales advisers were particularly interested in trying to help or guide me. On both occasions I was looking for a particular high performance car, and both times I was basically laughed at as if I was trying to con them into something. Terrible service and potentially 25k lost to a different brand of car due to their lack of customer care or want to take me seriously about a potential purchase.

I attended Honda with Dennis Simeon and my daughter in order to purchase a mobility vehicle for Dennis and was assisted by Richard. The service received by Richard was exceptional from start to finish. Richard is not only an excellent sales person; he is also an exceptional individual with excellent people skills always listening and following through on his customers needs and made himself available even out of hours. I am over the moon with my Honda. The car is fantastic to drive and the space is phenomenal. I feel safe, comfortable and enjoy driving!! I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service experience from Honda. I visited a few show rooms, the crunch came when I took my car out for a test drive. Immediately, I was smitten. Importantly, I asked myself where I would feel happy having my services done and after seeing the set up at honda, my mind was made up. Cassie, my car adviser was so helpful and spent time explaining everything about the car. Buying a car is an important process and at Honda it was evident that the staff understood this and made every effort to make sure I ended up with a car that catered for my budget and my needs. I had the pleasure of being served by Vick. He was keen to help in every possible way and was brimming with good advice and assistance. After an accident had left me without a car, nothing was too much trouble for Vick to ease the path. I came in on Wednesday and arranged for delivery next Monday - pretty good service, but Vick took the trouble to speed things up by getting my "new" car ready for me by Thursday (today). Not only that, it was delivered to my door saving me the trouble of a bus journey to collect. I am a very satisfied customer

This is my second time of purchasing a new car from this garage - the first car I bought was 13 years ago and I have visited the garage on a number of occasions over the years and have always been really pleased with the service I have received. Whilst I was sad to see my Civic go after 13 years, Sanjay was brilliant in helping me through the process of buying a new Jazz and was able to answer all my questions and was very patient . The garage is very friendly and Laurie on the service desk always has a welcoming smile. It's a lovely place to use if you are female and a bit daunted by going into garages and talking about cars.

Having owned Honda's for many years we were thinking of replacing our Civic and dropped in on the off chance, our sales lady was helpful and pleasant and offered to get a car in from another location for us to look at. Although we already had a Honda we were offered a test drive. Then the manager came to say one had just arrived in, slightly cheaper but low mileage. We collected it a few days later. Smoothly dealt with and rather amused to find the car under a black cover which is then unveiled and your photo taken with the car if you want but no fireworks or popping champagne corks was a bit of a let down!
