Friendly & good service. I had a call to say that the dealer was open for business and would have changed my car in September but decided to exchange the car now. I was a bit apprehensive with the current situation but I needed not to have worried. I was welcomed into the bright airy Bristol Street Motors and all measures were in place. I purchased a Nissan Juke in November from Bristol street motors derby .I had my car stolen and was not expecting to have to purchase a new one, I had no idea what I wanted and test drove many and changed my mind on a car that was brought down from chesterfield for me. I was never hurried and never made to feel uncomfortable, grace walker was very patient and professional with me, her knowledge of the the cars were very good I am so happy with my used Juke I love it, I have found the after care exceptional, Grace checks to see how I am with everything. After taking in my 5 year old Nissan XTrail in for a service and MOT I asked to speak to someone about my options for exchanging it. Tony Reynolds spoke to me and informed me of the deals that were available as well as the best way to purchase. Throughout the discussion he was professional and engaging, as are all the staff at this branch. The upshot is that I got a good deal on my existing car and am now driving a brand new car that was exceptionally good value.

Very pleased with my visit today, staff where great very friendly unlike the visit to the other branch we visited last week.
Only thing that was a bit of a let down first visit of the day told yes we have that then went back and they did not which at first was a big blow, but in the end all was sorted and ordered our car, now its will we get when we was told fingers crossed.
But yes very good and really happy with every thing. Would say give then a visit for sure.

What can I say. 5 stars for Richard Kelly at Bristol Street Motors. Just bought another car from him for my driving school and it was a pleasure. One of my mates bought from him, my dad bought from him. Shame he moved from Sheffield to Derby but he still made it easy for me. He sourced me a great car at a great price. It was spotless. I bought it without even seeing it. Nothings too much trouble for Richard. If Richard left Bristol Street, I would still buy from him ????

I recently purchased a nearly new Nissan from Bristol Street Motors Derby, the overall experience was excellent. From the first point of enquiry onwards Grace was amazing, she was knowledgeable and professional and personable. After 20 years of buying cars from many places big and small, I can honestly say this was the easiest and most pleasurable experience to date, nothing was too much (including part exchange and private numbr plate change overs). Even the tea was nice too. A definite 10/10.

The girls on the front desk were lovely and helpful
Having dropped my car off at 8 am for diagnostics and hoping to be fixed the same day I get a text at 5 to say it’s had a health check - that’s it !!
No report of works needed throughout the day and no option to have it completed
I estimate the garage has lost a fair amount of revenue by me not uptaking this work with them but I got the feeling they couldn’t care less
Needless to say if it takes them 7 hours to complete a health check then new brakes discs glow plugs and a tyre is certainly out of their remit and indeed my schedule wouldn’t allow..

I’ve been looking to purchase the Nissan Qashqai for a while and assumed I would get a better deal from a private garage, I was wrong. After looking at many garages in the area, I decided to pop into Nissan in Derby just so see all the options that were available in the Qashqai range; I was not looking to buy, just to browse. I realised they had very competitive prices and the customer care I got from Grace was 5*! Nothing was too much trouble and even though I stated I wasn’t looking to buy today, Grace still took the time to show me around the car, took me out for a test drive and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. I went back a few hours later and purchased the car!
Grace is an absolute credit to the team and if it wasn’t for her customer care, knowledge and friendly approach, I may not have purchased from Nissan direct. Also, a big thanks to Steve who assisted with any questions I had when Grace was out of the office.
Collected the car a week ago and it was in excellent condition for a used car, love it. A couple of very minor issues I’ve noticed and a quick email to Grace and it’s all booked in to be sorted at a convenient time to me, nothing is too much trouble.
I highly recommend purchasing directly from Nissan as you will find the prices to be very competitive and have the confidence knowing if there’s any issues, they will get it sorted!

I've mixed feelings. The staff were great just let down by the equipment. I arrived and the rapid charger was just temperamental. Basically not work and the staff were not really clued in. Still a friendly experience so all is well. Not good enough for mission critical equipment.
