Absolutely awful service on the service desk. Always told the job will take 3 days, but 2 weeks later still waiting, no phone calls nothing. Absolute rubbish at communicating. Never call you back!

Service took twice as long as quoted, had to re-mortgage the house to pay for an oil change, and depending on what time of day you enquire your car can either not have a cam belt or be urgently due a replacement.

I bought a used car. 3 months later had to spend over a quarter of the purchase price to fix a problem not covered by warranty. Wouldn't help towards the repair. Not interested!

What an awful experience with Alex the manager (used cars) with ZERO customer service skills and treats customers with nothing but an abrupt and rude manner. Went yesterday to complete a sale which i had paid a deposit on earlier on in the week. I wanted to purchase a Car costing in the region of £18000. I was told by Alex that he was not interested in the sale as he was making a loss of £350 due to the 0% finance deal that Bristol Motors had advertised. He was more than happy to return our deposit as he was at a loss. He also new very little in respect of the product and was very contradictory in respect of the sale for example he said if the car was not serviced annually or at 15,000 mileage which ever came first, its warranty would be void. The service book clearly confirmed that the car missed an annual service? Further there were no clarity about what is included in the warranty etc. Very poor service and i will not be purchasing from Bristol St Motors. Ruined what was suppose to be a joyful experience....

Service: Dashcam was disconnected after the guy kept trying to drive the car with the handbrake on... Wish they would have asked me to unplug it instead. Absolutely awful courtesy car, got a base spec Micra to cover my Leaf during service. Dealership refused to offer a comparable car. Was told when I bought the car that they did Leafs as a courtesy car, as a lot of Leaf owners expect them. Service update: Got a call from John Lord offering to let me take the new Leaf out for a day to make up. Jumped at the chance to do that. Got a call back on Monday to arrange that and turns out they can't do that and could only offer a test drive. Okay whatever. So I go to do the test drive to try out ProPilot. The guy didn't have as nearly as much knowledge about EVs as Jono Gould, who has moved on apparently. Was kept waiting around for awhile since someone else had gone on a test drive just after I arrived despite having an appointment booked. When we finally went on the drive I was expecting something a bit longer but we only got about 15 minutes, and the guy switched off after he realised I wasn't going to buy a car. Sales: Bought a Nissan Leaf and it was an extremely smooth process. Jono Gould was well informed, wasn't pushy on trying to get a sale, and overall decent chap. Would recommend anyone getting a new car to ask for Jono.

I originally only went to test drive a Nissan Juke at the dealership with the view of going to purchase one from elsewhere, as I assumed that the cars would be way out of my price range. I saw the perfect one with the perfect price tag. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys at Nissan, they let me take a good look around the car and take it for a spin. The test drive wasn't your usual few miles round the local area, I took it for a good run so I could get a really good feel for the car. I went inside with Jono to discuss purchasing it. It was such a relaxed experience and we had such a laugh. I normally find purchasing cars quite a stressful experience but the guys there made it so relaxed and enjoyable. They made sure that the car was prepared to the highlest standard and Jono even came in on his day off to hand the car over to me. Could not have asked for a better quality vehicle, better price, or better service. I will most definitely be back again!

this is the second time ive purchased a car from this dealer.the most recent being a couple of months ago when I bought a used Nissan Qashqai.I am extremely pleased with the car and the price was the best I could find on the internet.Mathew who was the salesman I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and the whole purchasing procedure was straightforward and nothing was to much trouble for him.He took us on quite a long test drive letting me drive the car on a dual carriage way,then out into the country and finaly through the city back to the showroom.the car was valeted and ready for collection on a day that suited me and im highly satisfied.i would recommend this dealer to both friends and family.coffee was good as well,mathew made my wife and myself 2 cups each while we sorted out paper work.
