Very rarely can you be seen at this practice. You can call up every day at 8am to be told they have no appointments and to try again in the morning. Very stressful, especially when you are in pain. Finally looking to change practice after years of poor service.

Wow what a waste of space this doctors surgery is, might as well shut it down, never any appointments !!!! Never first in the queue on the phone either !!! I could be dead before I finally get an appointment!!! Asked for a ring back... receptionist said 3 weeks time.... for a ring back !!!!! Disgusting

Worst doctors practice ever If I could rate it no stars I would The receptionist say anything to get you off the phone .Even lie to you !You get told a doctor will call you back this is absolute rubbish as in my experience its another fob off .Asking for an appointment to see a doctor is another no no its one long farce of being told to phone next day at 8 am when you can guarantee the phone line is engaged !
