I have been non covid sick over the last few months and have received the most excellent care both via telephone and face to face. I have been so pleased with the kindness I have been show by ALL staff over these difficult months . I'm also incredibly impressed with the vaccine nation programme that is happening! Well done HMC for all you are doing!

I like the innovations this surgery has made, you no longer need to see the doctors for a consultation, you simply answer the very probing questions from the receptionist. I think this way of streamlining the appointment process will revolutionise the NHS & bypass the need to see doctors altogether.

rubbish service and rubbish care!!! The new new doctors are very lazy and don't read letters from hospital specialists, you cant make an appointment face to face and cant hear on the phone so you have to ask someone else to ring and book for you! Even the hospital and nurses have said this is a rubbish surgery! The only good thing is the chemist staff! I feel that the chemist staff should run the place!

Worst reception staff ever. I was Told to call back at 8am every day even to get an appointment next week. But when you call at 8 am there is a massive que on the phones by the time you get through all appointments have been taken because they ask everyone to call at 8am. Ridiculous system. Very rude receptionist! called for my daughter to get an appointment not same day or next day. Was willing to get one even for for up to 7 days later. Was told to go register elsewhere. Is this how you treat sick people? No care for anyone. People call because they are unwell and no one deserves to be treated with so much disrespect. If you cant cope stop taking more patients! I wish I never registered with this clinic.

I phoned up 3 weeks ago with an issue spoke to the doctor on the phone, told me to book in for check if things dont get better. I am unable to book a pre booked appointment! Which I find crazy. I am unable to get a appointment on the day because by the time i get through they have been taken. I work in healthcare I can hand on heart say this is the worst surgery for getting a appointment and the receptionist are rude.

The doctors are fantastic and very very caring as are the nurses. The reception staff are rude. refuse to listen, just speal out the same thing over and over. They fail to understand not everyone has a job where they can ring at 8am and keep trying. The on line booking is a lottery. They don't allow you to speak to a doctor, on a number of occasions I have gone at night only to find then shut at 6pm when they are supposed to be open till 8pm and have the gall to say there are no appointments and this isn't a one off. Receptionist has opened letters addressed for the doctor's eyes only but feel its there right to do so and have then commented on what's in the letter. They need a real staff shake up. Doctors and Nurses are lovely the rest.... best start over a new.

Despite being a busy practice the staff and healthcare professionals are very helpful. Clearly indicate how far in advance repeats should be ordered to ensure you're not without what you need and they try their best to accommodate you. Definitely the best practice I've been to.

Elizabeth Morton is the Practice Manager. A dishonest and unethical women . Fortunately I recorded her and now have the evidence which will be going on you tube . The doctors will not act in your best interests if they are looking to cover up negligence of themselves or the Leicestershire NHS Trust. Dishonesty from other staff also witnessed, you have been warned best to take someone with you when you go on an appointment or ask the doctor if he minds you recording them so there can be no misunderstandings and less chance of your health being compromised.

Very very rude receptionist especially one in particular on three occasions this women has been absolutely disgraceful with her attitude and seems to think she can shout at people over the phone extremely concerned about it as they are non caring I have no clue why they have not been investigated! Big big downfall I would not recommend this doctors at all because of this!

Cant believe they shredded my prescription. Receptionist told me to put my existing prescription into the box and when I’m registered I can pick it up. Now have to wait...what a mess...should train their staff better...

Started calling at 8 because they said that’s when they open. Called an hour straight and still nobody picked up. Went there personally to see if there were any appointments left, the receptionist was very rude and said to just keep on trying even though we’ve tried for an hour straight.
