Really pleased with this surgery when I joined. So different from the last surgery I was with. Modern, bright and really efficient. Really helpful Reception Team and the GP'S I have spoken to so far have really knew their onions. Had my first COVID vaccination which was easy and well run. Just waiting on number two. Keep up the good work. Maybe just need to look at the long wait on the phone in a morning to make an appointment.

The extremely rigid booking system makes it incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Not everyone is available at precisely 8.00 am. The receptionists are sullen and rude. They would never survive in the private sector. This is a service which we, as tax payers, all pay for so it needs bringing up to date and making user friendly. Receptionists need training and need to lose the 'we' re doing you a favour attitude'.

It's the 21 Century and you still have to print an email and bring it personally to proceed with your prescription... yet they still get it wrong and order something completely different.
Then you call to suggest changes, you are being told that it would be amended.
10 days later you call for a catch-up just to realize that nothing changed at all, and the wrong order is still being processed....

I'm a new patient here after being very disappointed with another practice in the catchment and I have to say my first experience has been great. it was easy to get an appointment, it ran on time and my issue which was a rather embarrassing lady issue the GP dealt with so well, made me feel at ease and very professional.

Good booking system for seeing doctors and nurses. Both of who offer excellent service. The receptionists are however terrible. On the phone and in person they’re rude. Not just unhelpful, rude. This level of service simply wouldn’t survive in the private sector.

Although I have found it difficult to get a appointment in the past I have nothing but praise for the practice after my diagnosis of a DVT, from the initial Triage, where I was phoned back at a later time to discuss my medical needs, I was also phoned by the pharmacy on two occasions to arrange my medication and compression hosiery
