Without a doubt the best experiences I’ve ever had with a letting agency. Quick and thorough responses to any queries or worries, and exemplary effort into providing the most suitable service for the customer. In my experience renting as an international is difficult, but Homewood homes have done their best to meet me halfway. Where other agencies stand rigid in their policies, Homewood homes stands flexible and actively works with you to find the best solution.
With the DPS and the professionality of the third party inventory check I feel safe and valued as a customer. A big thank you to Homewood homes, and a strong recommendation to everyone else!

I have to say that in the 7+ years I’ve been renting out my properties, I’ve never had a better, more professional service than I’ve had with Bradley at Homewood Homes. I had a bad experience with some tenants vacating a flat at very short notice, after not paying rent for a few months due to Covid, and an agent who was unable to offer the service I required, and most importantly, find me new tenants. I started looking around for a new property manager who’d be close to my properties, and after some research, ringing around, and reading reviews, it was patently clear that Homewood Homes was the pick of the bunch, and after a lengthy chat with Bradley Davis, the MD at Homewood, I knew I had made the right choice. Both properties have tenants in now, and the process of organising repairs and arranging the transition, effectively from scratch, couldn’t have gone smoother because of the fantastic service received from them. If you are looking for a 5* service to find you tenants and manage your properties, go no further than this incredibly professional company! Overall satisfaction? 11/10!

Really good service, Bradley the Director has been wonderful with our move and he has just been really lovely to work with. The check in they provide when moving in is great, they have an external inventory company carrying out all the checks and they are so thorough. Really quick and professional with drawing up the contracts - also no need to go into the office and sign and pay the deposit - it is all easily done electronically. You get prompt, honest and understandable replies to queries, it has all generally been so easy. Would recommend!

Samantha & Bradley were excellent in their communications throughout the whole letting process. They were easy to get hold of when needed and kept in touch with regular updates about potential rental clients.They were honest and thought about the best renters for us.
It's hard when you do not meet the people who will be living in your house, however I trusted Samantha and Bradley's professional judgments. Within a few weeks of putting the flat on the market, we had received a lot of interest and it was not long before renters were found.
The after care has also been excellent, with regular updates if needed. We would fully recommend Homewood Homes to anybody looking for a management agent for their rental properties.

Highly recommended estate agents. Very responsive by email and on the phone. Bradley and team made letting my flat simple and stress free. Friendly and professional service covering every detail (viewings, vetting, contracts, deposit escrow, rent collection etc.). He organised for a number of repairs (plumbing, whole flat painted, etc.) to be made prior to the tenants moving in. I have to do barely anything and the tenants are very well looked after - the rent just arrives in my account each month like clockwork. Their prices are also very competitive - much cheaper than the large, impersonal chains like Foxtons and Dexters.

As well as their fees being very competitive they are also very professional and take pride in what they do. I am using them for a the 4th year as the service is seamless and they carry out a detailed check on the tennants. I don't have to get involved I just leave it to them to do what they do best.
