I had a great experience with my estate agent, Louie Lazar. He was very kind and helpful and made my experience quite easy and stress free. He accommodated to my circumstances and made the process of virtual showings very efficient and pleasant. He helped find the perfect flat for myself and my flatmate with everything we asked for and needed and went out of his way to help with anything we needed. Louie’s attentiveness and kindness really stood out and made my experience at Dexters amazing!

I told him what I was and was not looking for in a property and the one's he hand selected for me to view were perfect. He also kept me updated frequently through every step of the way. We dealt with a young guy called Daniel. He was very friendly and very helpful, and really wanted to find us a home. We had the feeling that he would do well for us, and although we dealt with other agencies he was the one who found us a beautiful apartment in the end. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and jumped onto a flat that had just come on the market because he knew we would like it. He was right. Really happy he found us such a nice home. He was enthusiastic, polite, and very friendly and we really really enjoyed working with him. He should do very well in the business. Much better than any of the other agents that we dealt with in other agencies. Well done Daniel.

While COVID forced me to make a decision while abroad, Dexters was extremely sophisticated and professional in their approach, providing me with digital floor plans, virtual tours, and constant communication. He brilliantly negotiated payment terms with the landlord, so that we (as students) could secure the flat. Some issues with paperwork but all in all very good experience!
