I really want to emphasise my gratitude for the effort and generousity to the team at Next Door Properties, especially Omar. I first came to them in 2015 when I was new to London where they sorted a group of us out, and since they have been impeccable.
I was on the search again this September with my partner and without a doubt they provided the best service making us feel very welcomed and dedicated full attention. We have now settled into our new home.
From my experience with estate agencies especially in London, they just seem to want to think about business and numbers, in and out. This is why I am going out my way to vouch for a genuine caring service at Next Door Properties. They are smaller than the big named corporate agencies out there, but I would say quality over quantity!

Syed was very helpful in keeping everything moving forward in a timely and efficient manner. I was needing to move quickly and he was great with updating me and making sure things were on schedule so I didn’t have to spend longer than I would like living in between places. I appreciated that Syed worked very hard to help me move in as soon as possible. Great service.

Amazing experience with Omar, our property is superb and we're incredibly happy. Omar's a top guy, hard working, easy to contact and incredibly friendly and easygoing. The whole 'Estate Agent experience' is widely maligned in London, and often fairly given the exorbitant price of renting property, but having moved several times with mixed results, these guys are the best I've ever dealt with. I came accross a wonderful add in Zoopla and from my first call to up to signing the contract and solving issues, Omar, Syed and Jonathan from Next Door Properties were beyond wonderful. Next Door Properties is a great agency. Right from the start of our dealing with them, they took complete and professional control of our property and managed it so well that we had a peaceful and stress-less relationship with our tenants.
Initially, Moses was our main contact, then Omar took over. Despite the change of staff, the Agency's service level was not compromised. All tenant issues were dealt with satisfactorily, administration was sound, communication was smooth and they always served us well when there are tenant issues (flooding, repairs, etc.).
With Next Door Properties, the service we got was certainly professional, non-manipulative, friendly, warm, reliable and mostly personal. We are proud to say this having had them for not less than 7 years.
Their tenant-sourcing service was also excellent - we had 2 fantastic and well-behaved tenants as a result. We recently sold the property and their service before, during and after the selling process was great. They went an extra mile indeed - Omar is a star!
We will not hesitate to recommend Next Door Properties to anyone. They are going places if they keep this up, undoubtedly. They deserve even more than 5 stars!

I'll be honest, I thought it was too good to be true when I met Omar and to see how helpful and kind he was ... I just move to my new house yesterday thanks to him and it still amazes me how lucky I've been to bump into that absolutely great man. This is the agency that can offer you best experience. All the guys are very helpful. We spoke first with Omar, very nice guy, always very friendly and helpful. Although we rented the house last year, Omar wants to offer me a coffee every time I step in front of the agency and he sees me!
