Worst costumer service ever seen. I got a Macbook Pro from them, supposed to be a 2011 and it was a 2010. They swapped the bottom case with a 2011 serial number, an all parts inside were 2010.

Worst customer service ever had computer for weeks I was given a price agreed to work to be carried out rang to find out what was happening 2 weeks later to be told price was now £150 extra and they had forgot to ring me to tell me AVOID

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! The staff and the owner are very rude, then ignored me and tried to scam me. Even their eBay reviews show that this is a regular occurrence.

On the phone I was told that the computer I wanted to buy was in stock
On arriving at the shop it was not
BUT was told to return in one hour when it would be
On returning one hour later it was still not there
BUT was told to buy a similar computer and return next day for an upgrade
I did not waste any more time there
