Tab auto came to my rescue today, my VW polo had a starting issue due to starter wearing out and barrel gone. During this time we have several NHS appointments and we really needed it today, Chris came in and though the parts need replacement but he gave me a ingenuous solution and that saved the day for me. Hopefully when the original parts arrive this will be fitted but extremely happy with them. Helped me in these trying times extremely helpful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris. He turned up on time diagnosed the problem straight away and gave us great advice. He turned up on time to collect the car and kept us informed throughout sending pictures as he fixed the car. My partner says it's like a brand new car now and is really pleased. Not only did he do the job we asked quickly he also serviced it. I should also add he is very reasonably priced too. Give him a go you will not be dissapointed.

His quote was very reasonable and after fixing my car he took the time to make sure everything was properly tested. Chris was able to visit me with 24 hours and managed to resolve my issue during the diagnostic. He was friendly, informative and offered follow up advice if needed. It was so nice to be able to arrange for a home visit as oppose to visiting a garage. I would definitely call him again in the future.

He was a little earlier than the scheduled time, diagnosed and went further even when the machine did not reveal the fault code, he was still able to find and resolve the problem within an hour. He is trusted and can be relied upon as a genuine mechanic. I am very impressed with his friendly and professional service. A problem that another mechanic could not find. After contacting Chris, he came the next day to fix a complicated issue with the convertible roof of my Porsche, and did a fantastic job. Great mechanic, replaced cam belt kit after previous garage did bad job leading to issue - helpful with 3rd Party Warranty Company which led to them paying out. Second job called out to replace engine undertray which was damaged on a large rock and also fixed boot lock which had been an ongoing issue. Convenient timings, agrees price/work beforehand and will stick around until job done.

I had a defunked clutch issue on a Friday evening late in Westminster and my car would not drive anymore. I called Chris as 9.10am on the Saturday morning but he was already out on jobs. However he made a few calls on my behalf and texted me a number for another local mechanic by 9.20am that morning. By 9.45am that Saturday morning my clutch was fixed. The whole process was amazing and would not have happened if Chris has not helped get me another mechanic that morning. Chris makes getting your car serviced easy, I contacted him a few days before and due to work commitments I left him my keys and when I returned from work my car had been fully serviced and even my washer fluid was topped up!no hassle or dramas, just straightforward quality service at great value. Chris arrived on the afternoon of Saturday 24th February and provided a fantastic service. He is polite, courteous and gets on with the job.
Pror to the visit I had an ongoing issue with my car stalling at junctions and at low revs. I had tried to get this fixed many times at garages to no avail. It seems the garages charged hundreds of £ for a service and never got to the main root of the problem with the throttle control despite the warning light being on the dashboard.
Chris managed to fix this problem and ever since this the car has been running perfectly.
I cannot recommend his service highly enough!
