Geoff is a hero! After a summer holiday driving around France, I was left with my beloved 911's front bumper, covered in bug etches that ate into the clear coat. Did my best to polish out, but was facing the possibility of an expensive respray.
Geoff somehow managed to not only machine polish these marks away, but restored the entire paintwork to a showroom finish! All without a respray. Truly went above and beyond. A master craftsman indeed. All done at very good price too. To say I was happy with his service would be an understatement.

The Garage go above and beyond to give incredible service and have competitive prices. I first brought my car to The Garage to get the tyres changed. They kindly gave the wheels a look over with feedback as they knew I had an MOT coming up — I’m a keen but novice MK3 Cabrio owner, wanting to learn more about mechanics, so I was able attempt some of the advisory work before the MOT — eek! I was really impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail so booked it in for the MOT. A few issues came up, as expected, but Fab and the team sorted it out in no time. Their pricing structure is really fair and transparent and they go the extra mile to get parts for older cars. They are so informative and really know their stuff — so grateful they took the extra time to explain everything to me! To top it all off, they returned the car sparkling clean and fixed (complimentary) an irritating rattle in the catalytic converter shield, that wasn’t even on the MOT fail. The car looks and feels like new, it’s one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I really couldn’t recommend this garage enough and will be going to them for any work in the future (even if I have to travel!) — they really care and are incredibly passionate about cars.

Originally found whilst shopping around for my annual MOT. Prices were very reasonable, and turnaround time and quality of valeting was superb - especially given the short notice.
When I had a paint-related crisis 5 months later (involving incontinent birds, the aggressive side of a dish sponge and about 80 percent of the car), the bods at the dealership were left shaking their heads in astonishment and despair. Despite a valiant attempt, they weren't able to buff the damage out - instead recommending a full respray that would have costs thousands (option 2 was taking a rather brutal hit on a premature trade-in). Thankfully, I took the vehicle here for a second opinion, and after a good chuckle and some reassurance, I heartily took them up on their solution that cost a mere fraction of what I had been dreading.
After its brief stint in rehab, my vehicle emerged looking shiny and new - with the paintwork looking flawless (I'd say even better than when I bought it). Their hard work had not only erased any trace of my embarrassing misdemeanour, but had also resolved historical defects that had accumulated during my ownership of the vehicle. A truly impressive job, at a very reasonable price, completed in good time. Perfect marks across the board.

I had my car in for MOT which it failed initially. The car needed some work which I got done somewhere else near by. Brought the car back to have MOT signed off. Forgot the piece of paper showing the failed MOT they had given me as I had to rush out in the morning to get there on time. Instead of being helpful, they charged my £10 to reprint that piece of paper I had at home, which I found unnecessary and very upsetting actually. This unnecessary charge for reprinting a piece of paper that I had at home left a bad taste and poor customer experience (I felt ripped off to be honest). I will go somewhere else going forward. There are a number of positive reviews here, but if they can make a quick buck off you, my personal experience is that they will go for it

I recently bought my 'dream' car from Geoff. The service I received was absolutely amazing. We were able to test drive the car from Geoff's house rather than driving into London. We decided to buy it there and then, we weren't asked to pay a deposit, and agreed to pick the car up the following weekend when a few tweaks was going to be done. Everything was done to an exceptionally high standard, so much so, I felt that I was driving a brand new car. I have nothing but praise for Geoff and the professional way in which he works - thanks! I have been getting my car Serviced and having its MOT at this garage for the last few year. Customer Service is always excellent. I am fully advised about what work is needed and told the price so that I never get a nasty shock when paying the bill.
Fab in particular is excellent. Great customer service as always this year.
I don't live near to the garage anymore and travel over 10 miles each way to take my car to be serviced. It is well worth the time as I value my piece of mind knowing I have gone to a garage I can trust more than the time I could save going to a local garage.

The owner/manager seemed nice enough, but the mechanic could’ve not mocked me as he laughed off the fact that as a first time car buyer I hadn’t done my homework for a well-masked issue there was no way of foreseeing at time of purchase. Not the end of the world and I can shrug it off, but I didn’t need that really.

Today (Saturday) Jeff and his foreman Peter really helped me out! I was viewing a second hand car local to their garage, and as I have no idea what to look at/look out for...I called them at 1130 on a Saturday and they where more than happy to help me out. We drove the car to them and they spent 15-20 minutes inspecting the car and then gave me a full report on the car I was planning to buy. The level of service was above and beyond what you normally get in this country. Great guys! Great garage!

Brought my car in without a booking this afternoon, as the receptionist had suggested on the phone, because I had a warning that a brake light had failed. Within 15 minutes the team had changed both brake light bulbs and didn't charge for the service - I think they remembered me from 18 months ago when I had a complex and expensive emergency job done, which was also completed to my total satisfaction.

Changed my tyres and brake pads at the same time.
Better service and waiting than Mercedes Service Centre. At Merc, easily over 2 weeks wait and 5 gours for inspection and then 1-2 days for repair.
1 phone call, 2 days wait for the appointment, 3 hours work and all done.
The best part was, when I called, the lady advised me to go onto the blackcircles to get a better quote on tyres. Who in this age tell their customers how to save £100 on their service??!! Honest and hard working folks!!
Super efficient, super pleasant, more cost effective for a high quality service with a smile.
I have also used the hand car wash, super economical and the finishing quality brought a smile to my wife when she saw her car. She now wants full And regular wash from here.

Amazing people.
I brought a car from car giant and it was advertised with specs which were not installed. GEOFF was extremely helpful and knowledgeable by confirming the car details and taking time out of his day to inspect my car. Not only that he even wrote me an email to confirm the specs which has now helped me out big time.
