This is genuinely one of the best pharmacies I have ever used. The staff are just excellent and very friendly, I always love popping in and having a chat with them when I need to pick up my medication. I've never had an issue with this pharmacy. The hours are very accommodating to my schedule and the free delivery is extremely convenient. I recently moved, and even though there are other pharmacies that are closer to me I could use, I still use Bell Pharmacy Bow because of how wonderful it is. I highly recommend them.

It’s always a pleasure going to bell pharmacy as I know I will always be greeted with a smile.
One young lady in particular stood out for me, her name was Masuma! Apologies if the spelling is wrong.
Masuma was extremely helpful and kind, and engages so well with the public.

Super friendly and caring team, in particular the Pharmacist Delwar, very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile for patients. For my Dad’s repeats, he would reach out every month and if I can’t make it, he arranges delivery with his team, how efficient! He even calls afterwards to check all okay, this care is simply priceless.

Don’t go to this pharmacy it’s not worth it, the service is rubbish. The store manager is a nounce and acts in a predjuice manner.
Picks his pick and mixes and hire illigally on basis of not objectively when you shouldn’t hire like that, it’s against the law. Goes for beauty privilege than concrete experience and skills and ignores candidates who are more passion and willing but will be choose a inept individual who can’t even provide information properly not count, and just wants ignore customers!!
In addition, gives you wrong information and utterly incompetent. The False reputation of this pharmacy is real. anyone who gives a 5 star is done by the geeza mates or him, Or someone he knows. Definitely Needs to be reported !!

Best Pharmacy Every Where. The rival pharmacies namely Sinclair and Day Lewis is taking advantage of mainly people with depression asking random people to leave bad negative comments for this perfect Pharmacy. They approached me as well asking me to do the same. They play dirty game. They use fake names i.e from staff that were employed in this pharmacy previously, to leave comments that are fake and false. I recommend Bell Pharmacy to everyone because they have have best customer service and go extra mile to serve People, and they are the only pharmacy that serve us all the way till 11 at night while Mr Vijay from sinclair is sleeping in his million pound bed in central London.

I've been using Bell Pharmacy since 2008 albeit under 2 different managements. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. The staff of polite and and very helpful even taking time out of their break to help me when I had clearly not read the sign on the door saying they would be closed for 15 minutes.

This pharmacy has a reputation of withholding patients prescriptions, claiming for medication that hasn’t been collected and stealing patients from other pharmacies. Overall I would avoid this money hungry pharmacy who have no patient care whatsoever. The team that work here can only stay here for so long they move from one pharmacy to another causing grief to elderly and vulnerable patients. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Changed my nominated pharmacy without my permission, harassed me, didn't deliver my prescription for months in a row, weren't interested in investigating how or why this had happened (I assume they used my prepayment to claim money - theft - whilst not delivering my medication), greedy, and take advantage of vulnerable individuals.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU ARE DISABLED AND/OR VULNERABLE.
As you can see from the pattern of strikingly similar 5 star reviews which follow shortly after a dissatisfied customer leaves a 1 star review, they do indeed ask friends, family and staff to post fake reviews.
Very unfortunate that this pharmacy is allowed to operate at all.

Really disappointing service every time, has never delivered the promised prescriptions in 6 months. Every time I complain about prescriptions being delivered I'm greeted with anger, harassment, gaslighting, or all three.
I've tried really hard to love this business and I have been patient for 6 months before deciding to change pharmacist - a total let down as it's the one most local to me.
Please, make a change for your own sake.

Fantastic service, fantastic staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
So helpful when you know you are getting low on your medication but unable to order a repeat from your GP surgery as they do it all for you.
I really cannot fault anything with this pharmacy. If they don’t have a certain item in stock they offer to order it in for you. Shelves are always stocked, shop always tidy.
By far the best pharmacy in Bow and great opening hours.

I know things are bad at the moment and supplies are limited but I went in looking if they had any hand sanitizer. I was told that they did but it was priced at £8 for for a 50ml bottle. Disgraceful!

.i went there today to get 100 ml hand gel.sold me it for £10.00 total rip off .i will never use them again.will be takeing my self and family off there books for our prescriptions. and i checked it out .you can order 3 x250 ml for £9.99. sp £10.00 if that aint day light robbery i dont know what is. staff are very helpfull when your spending your money.but in times like these as a community chemist they should not be takeing advantage of the situation...AND FOR THERE..INFOMATION IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO OVER PRICE.SO I WILL BE MAKEING A COMPLAINT TO THE HEALTH WATCH DOG ON BEHALF OF OUR COMMUNITY. well if thats the case why not sell it at cost price.to help the ones who need it most.its not like your going to get rich. it would show your loyal customers that you are there for them in times of hard ship. and rember when this is over WE WILL REMBER THE ONES WHO RIPPED US OFF.
