Love this pharmacy!! The staff are extremely kind and helpful. I wanted to fly out but needed to do a PCR test and drop it in before the deadline and the staff allowed me to do it on site. Even managed to get my last bits and bobs for the holiday. Thanks guys!!!

I just joined this pharmacy recently due to recommendations from family members. My previous pharmacy always used to delay my meds and never keep it in stock even though i get it every month. After speaking with the staff in Chapel they said they will always have my meds in stock for me and keep it ready for me every month. Great customer service :)

Lovely and homey pharmacy I've gone to for many years. Staff there always shoot me a hello and a smile every time and are very accomodating and patient for my family who don't speak English fluently. All of the staff there are very quick and efficient preparing my parents' prescriptions especially a phrmacist called Shanmuka who really goes the extra mile asking how I've been and making casual conversation everyone. The pharmacy truly feels like it's a part of the community.

Worst Pharmacy on Planet
They are the worst pharmacy on planet. Bever buy from them. Customer service everything is awful. They don't know how to talk with clients. The man who answers phone calls need to get fired. He is very rude.

I was extremely stressed as I was running out of medication and couldn’t get through to my doctors but the staff at this pharmacy were extremely reassuring. They contacted the doctors themselves to chase up the prescription and gave me a call when the prescription came.

Very unprofessional. We went to try use their internet doctor facility. I reccommend against using both this chemist and medicspot.co.uk that they are associated with. They didn't know how to set it up. They didn't make us feel comfortable. We walked out and went to a face to face doctor instead. They still charged even though they failed to provide a service. Avoid this place and medicspot (tbf medicspot may be good but should avoid associating themselves with this place as association with this chemist is bad for their reputation).

Many years ago, this place used to be great. Now however, they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. My repeat prescription, which I get from them every three months and have been doing for 25 years, is ALWAYS either delayed, or incorrect. Every time. Unless you're desperate, don't use this place. The pharmacist himself is lovely, but the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired. Do yourself a favour and use the chemist just around the corner!

Unfriendly staff, terrible service. Cashier took prescriptions and payments and let the store fill up with customers all waiting. Eventually after someone asked how long it would take they said that the pharmacist was still on his way! At was 12:50pm! Pharmacist walked in, no apologies from him or any staff, just sour faces. Disappointing service, will not be getting my prescriptions filled there again.

They tried to charge me double for a single prescription. The pharmacist opened the pack and claimed there are two different drugs which is not true, it was just a starter pack with different two different doses. Why is he opening the pack which should be sealed??
I refused and went to Ali’s pharmacy a block away and got the pack and paid a single charge.

Good service, friendly staff but too expensive. A packet of ibuprofen costs £6 for 24 tablets of 400mg but in tesco 200mg tablets are only 30p. Theives!

Used to have such amazing and efficient service, we have been using this pharmacy for many many years, however this year the service has become so poor our entire family are deciding to move. The staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate, when waiting for service none of the staff will ask whether your waiting to be served and are always occupied with other things, they never check on the customers. Specifically one member of staff whose extremely rude at all times!!
They seem to continously mess up the prescriptions and medicine being given, they always have problems with the electronic prescriptions which causes a lot of inconvenience and problems. This pharmacy really needs to improve if they want to continue in such a big community and area as it has become so poorly and it is upsetting to see this as it has caused so many problems for the elderly (such as my grandparents) which is a huge number of the people who use this pharmacy. It is disappointing to see such a great and important service in our area become so terrible.
We are extremely unhappy with the circumstances and hope for improvements.
