After a gap of a few years, returned to this Harrods of the car wash world initially to find much apparently unchanged. But the former efficient production line approach to car washing now seems to be history, as staff proceed oblivious (or contemptuous, not clear which) of the customers waiting for ages, watching very little happen in the queue ahead of them. And, once you're stuck in that short - but still immobile! - line, there's no escape. Raise a protest and you're told it's always like this. (Grateful at least for the warning!) The problem is perhaps that many people round here are too grand to take their car to the wash themselves, and those employed to drive are paid whether they spend their time hanging or driving, so torpor becomes the order of the day.

I've been going to Belgravia garage for almost ten years. The service is always courteous, scrupulously honest, and equally important, very reasonably priced. They never over recommend repairs and perform to a good quality standard. An unexpected value in the heart of Belgravia.

Due to an unfortunate accident I needed a new door, half a car painted and a service/MOT for my BMW. The place was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work - car looks like new and Alex really looked after me, always keeping me informed of the progress.
If you need a good garage, then give these guys a try.
PS: taking the car back to have the wheels refurbed also

Great team of guys from reception to the technicians who can’t be more helpful. Kishan and his team are v knowledgeable, go the extra mile to help and do a great job- big or small. The only guys I use for my classic and modern car works now. After sales service is A1 also.

Terrible waste of time
I have never had so much headache over having a basic car wash. Firstly it is extortionate price. Secondly, it takes about 45 mins to an hour to get it done due to the build up of cars in such a tight space.
After this, I noticed a lot of the insides of the seats and the boot had not been hoovered properly at all as well as a lot of marks in the car...
I came back the next day only to wait for another hour and they AGAIN didn't clean it properly. Only after showing them again they were able to hoover properly and made a pathetic attempt to clean the marks on inside of car properly.
Absolute rubbish. This is for you if you have more money than sense. I'll never be going there again.

I had my car serviced here. The service was thorough: all findings were explained to me clearly and I was given complete freedom to choose which aspects of my car to repair.
This makes a welcome change from other garages where they will tell you that everything is a disaster and must be repaired immediately.
I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency. The only reason for 4* instead of 5* is their pricing but I accept I am paying a premium for the location of the garage (it's in the middle of Mayfair!).

Used Belgravia garage to service my BMW motorcycle for a couple of times now and both times been very satisfied with the customer service, professionalism and reasonable prices, even though being located in a very wealthy area. Philippe always takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. Definitely recommend their services. I won't go anywhere else.

I have used them for MoT and a number of repairs. Very efficient. Their mechanics are expert; they have solved issues for me that the Authorised Dealer has failed on. Not the cheapest, but the quality of the work and the convenient Central London location makes up for that.

I have taken my car here for some 9 years and have trusted their diagnosis of what repairs needed to be done. These have become increasingly pricy but I have attributed that to the age of the car.
However in June I had a problem with the power steering system while driving back from Spain and a garage in northern France told me that there was a leak in a pipe from the coolant tank.
We kept the system topped up with fluid until we got back to London and took it to Belgravia garage for an assessment of the repair that was needed. Belgravia garage told me that it was the coolant radiator for the power steering system that needed replacing at a cost of £774 - it was not just the rubber pipe I was told.
This was rather a shock so I decided to get a second opinion given that the mechanic in France had been very clear it was a small pipe. I took it to Xavier Auto Clinic garage at Stanford Bridge - Michael replaced a jubilee clip on the pipe as a temporary repair and did not charge me as it only took a few minutes.
We ordered the pipe that needed replacing at a cost of £16.50 and it was fitted - at no additional cost - at the same time as they did an MOT. The car is absolutely fine and I have saved a huge amount of money and shall not return to Belgravia Garage.
I now wonder how many other times I may have paid for unnecessary items... At Xavier Auto Clinic I was shown the pipe that was damaged and replaced - this was not common practice at Belgravia garage.

After having read most of the reviews online, I was eager to have our business car washed by what appears to be a 5 star garage. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was poor. We found the staff to be unhelpful and to charge £25 for a car wash, plus a further £6 to move the car is just obscene. Whilst I appreciate that the nature of the garage is catered for more luxury clientele, to offer such poor service is completely unacceptable. Therefore, I will not recommend Belgravia Garage at all.

I had some minor issues with my Volvo and since they are very close to me I brought the car in for a repair. They had everything looked at for no charge, then they told me what issues I should focus on first. After that it was a smooth sailing. They kept me updated about the progress, the technicians and the manager are very helpful and polite, not to mention professional as well. The car was repaired in two short days. Without them I would have waited for ages to get an appointment at a Volvo service center. They use the same parts as Volvo so it was a no brained really if you are in a hurry. Strongly recommend them for anyone looking to fix their car around the Chelsea area. Brilliant.

What a garage, I called on Friday afternoon spoke to mark a service advisor as the boot would not close on my Mercedes he said come over and see what he could do. The catch was broken he gave me a price and said come back on Saturday morning and have the new one fitted. Job was done I left there a very happy customer. I called to see if I could get immediate help for a 'funny sound' in my engine before a long journey. Thank goodness I did because the brakes were close to failing and the garage gave me a fine courtesy car to complete my journey whilst they made sure the brakes and surroundings were entirely sound.
