I had a problem with my car yesterday, the Belgravia Garage Chelsea was very helpful, all was sorted in 24 hours. Can't believe it, that I live in the area, and never heard of them. The manager was extremely nice and helpful indeed, will be recommending them to my neighbours . It is is not easy to find them if you didn't know where they are, wish they had more advertising .

I have been using Belgravia Garage for around five years. (Mercedes GL, S, V, A Class and Smart Brabus.) I can honestly say that their customer service is excellent. Alex and Hellen are amazing professionals, always very helpful and going that extra mile that unfortunately; you don't receive in other garages.
The car wash team is also fantastic.

Went to BMW twice to fix the rattling noice inside the car, and nothing was done.. the info they provided me with was also wrong (the cause).. went to belgravia garage and all is now fixed, also fitted a front diffuser.. amazing work, extremely competent people and Alex helped me with everything from our first conversation. 5* customer service and work quality on the car! Superb service. I took my wife's Golf in for a service knowing there was a problem with the engine missfireing, they found the problem, a major one, and were very understanding and gave me a few options, they kept the price low and kept me up to date as to parts and timing of repairs, better service than my Maserati dealer! When the car was ready they have it a full vallet and it felt like collecting a new car, it hasn't run this well since it was new. I would highly recommend them.

This is what happened:
To support local, non-chain business I booked an MOT for my 19 year old VW T4 California at Belgravia Garage even though at ~£55 they were almost twice as expensive than other places (~£30 at Halfords or Mr Clutch at the time of writing).
On the day of the MOT I could not start the car because the battery was flat. The garage kindly offered to send a technician to jump start the car and take it to the garage for me. I was later charged £60 for 'attendance to road side to jump start'.
The car failed the MOT because of:
1) faded front indicator bulbs
2) incorrect headlamp aim (the car was imported from Germany)
3) rear brake binding
(When the car was imported the headlights had stickers applied to correct the beam and the car had passed with the stickers at the exact same position the year before.)
I was given the following cost estimate to have the car pass MOT:
1) new indicator bulbs £30
2) correcting the position of the headlamps, 30 min per lamp = 1h = £120
3) investigation of the breaks £120 pounds. Likely labour costs for repairs of £360 (3h) plus parts (the £120 would get deducted from that)
Total estimated costs excluding parts £510.
I picked the car up from the garage, replaced the indicator lights (£6 at Halfords) and brought it to a Mr Clutch branch two days later. The car passed MOT.
Total cost to have the car pass MOT £31
Saving compared to estimate by Belgravia Garage £479
I submitted a complaint to the DVSA.

Found by mistake a small hidden garage in Chelsea and I was surprise to find a very cheerful and friendly Sicilian manager(very unusual to see a woman managing a car garage) helped me out with my tyre that had a puncture to be repaired and I wanted to praise the quick service and I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

Firstly I can not thank them enough for restoring my vehicle back to how it should be after a dreadful experience else where. The whole process from Alex to Brendan at the repair centre has been phenomenal. So much issues that's been dealt with properly as a result of another garage mess. It took a lengthy time to resolve but due to the level of service the length was over looked as the quality and customer service offered is and was fantastic. Up until this day I notice little nicks and Nacks which I can always rely on belgravia to be there at my need look ni further for a body repair shop that can give you perfection.
Fantastic job done Brendan and the team for repairing my BMW 3-Series to a manufacture standard !!!

Very nice place ..but there's no signboard on the street ...ive found them on google maps ...standing at the main road nobody would say there's car wash there ...but i trust google maps so i entered the building compound and found them hidden under one of the buildings ..and saw signboard there ..but very good job ..will recomment ..
