Outstanding service.
Simply put, this is the best garage I have ever taken my car. I got a remap, lowering springs, a service and my window fixed. Gary and the team give you the best customer service to when you drop of the car, to when you pick up, and does not mind explaining the details about what needs to be done.
I thoroughly recommend GCAP Performance, I won't be taken my car anywhere else.

GCAP have carried out a range of jobs on the last two cars I have owned, the latest being a 2020 BMW M5 Competition, Gary and the team are the most professional in the industry in my opinion, I have visited various other companies offering the same services and they are not up to scratch in many ways when comparing to GCAP, every job is completed above expectation, whatever service you're booking here will be executed and completed to perfection

Only mechanic I will ever let touch my car. Historically has diagnosed faults that so called vauxhall ''master techs' couldn't. After care is superb and the quality of work is second to none. Gary is the best quite simply. Ive used a number of car companies in my time for tuning and yoiu know what, Gary can now have all of my cars! You know when you deal with GAry at GCAP that he isnt ripping you off an dyour car will be 100% safe no matter what when it comes out.
He finds faults that you didnt know about for safety, not for his own gain but for your own safety! He has fixed 3 faults for me free of charge on 2 of my cars now. 1 was life threatening! For tuning, maintenance and upgrades, he is the only choice for Focus Cloud even though where he is based is a pain from where we are! We will get the cars to him in any case as I trust him 100% with the safety of not only me, but my customers, employees and my kids!

Not only do they offer hyper car, super car and high performance sports car care, but they also cater for my magazine-featured car as well.
Gary and his team at GCAP Performance have always been able to offer me and all of their customers the most professional service and care for their vehicles over the time I’ve been with them. I’ve seen them do limitless, incredible work on an absolutely jaw dropping range of vehicles.
As someone who’s very market savvy, i.e. does their research before committing to something which requires such attention to detail and expertise, particularly when your pride and joy requires such investment, rest assured you’ve found the best service with GCAP Performance.
I can not recommend them highly enough and needn’t look any further when I think of taking care of my cars in future, personally, I think you’d be foolish to go anywhere else.

I’ve been benefitting from Gary’s expertise for several years now, firstly with my GTC which I happily owned from new and once I’d experienced the standard of work from GCAP o didn’t want to take it anywhere else. I’ve since upgraded to an Astra VXR, so as soon as I wanted to upgrade it to stage 3 there was only one choice I could sensibly make. Always friendly and professional, he knows what he’s doing and is a pleasure to deal with. I’ll be taking my cars to GCAP again shortly for the next set of upgrades I’m sure!

I have been using Gcap for a couple of years now from services to having tuning work carried out on my car.
The service has been absolutely outstanding time after time and they never fail to meet my needs.
There is not a man nor a company situated in London who I trust more with my car other than gcap and regardless of how particular I am as a customer they always assist me greatly with all of my questions and needs.
Any car of any make I would highly suggest gcap Preformance for all of your car needs no matter how big or small.

Got in touch with Gary about my issue with my CAR Vauxhall Astra H Vxr.
Very helpful over the phone and after discussing the fault (failed head gasket) decided to get the car on a trailer and drive from Cleethorpes to GCAP for forge build + extra mods. Left the car with Gary for 3 weeks then collected for good steady drive back bedding the engine in.
Gary kept me up to date with the car every other day.
Since the build I delt with Gary for extra mods including airtec turbo cooler and ksport big brake front 8pot kit. Will continue to use gcap for any other modifications, mapping or problems I have with the car. A****

Took my zafira vxr in for smoking issues as no local garages wanted to know so got refurd by a friend to these specialists and it was the best choice I made even waiting 4 weeks for a slot as it was so busy Gary diagnosed the engine wasn't repairable so built a fresh fully forged engine and kept me updated throughout the build absolutely brilliant customer service and recently just had free 500 miles health check and oil change due to running in thanks again Gary I'll see you in New year as don't want to go anywhere else it's a journey but we'll worth it thanks matty
