Arranged to have a full set of tyres change and this was done on the same day I phone them. It was very busy on the day I went and the wait was longer than I hoped for the job to be completed.However, I was pleased to get it done on the same day.

I came to this shop not knowing anything about them, ofcourse they were recommended to me by a stranger who helped me put on my spare tyre as the original one was flat and couldn’t drive on the road. I got to Munster road, I honestly don’t know much about cars. Only thing I know is how to drive it. Munster tyres are reliable, honest, caring and amazing at explaining things. I am definitely going to make them my preferred repair shop as I felt I’ve never been treated by any other repair shops like I have with them. The gentleman who I paid even noticed I gave too much and handed me back my money, in my experience nobody gives money back even if it was too much but these guys did. I am really grateful, and happy with them. I didn’t make an appointment and my tyre was fixed within 30mins. They even checked the other three tyres for me. I am amazed. Thank you guys for your hard work. Any problems I have with my car. The first people I’m going to see is MUNSTER TYRES.

Saved my bacon yesterday when I had a flat tyre. They were so helpful and kind and given the circumstances could of charged me whatever they wanted. Instead the bill was very reasonable and the service was excellent.

The worst garage in the world. Avoid, run a mile, especially if you have a nice car. They will trash it. I took my Peugeot 207cc that was overheating. They changed the thermostat, did the mot and serviced the car. I paid £560. They had the car for nearly a month. When I got it back I noticed the coolant was very low and I took it back. They topped it up with tap water and said that was fine. On the motorway my car blew up. The insurers designated garage said the thermostat had been fitted wrongly and there was no coolant in the engine at all. I needed a new engine and nearly new everything. I paid £6000 to repair the car because I love that car, it only had around 40,000 miles on it and it’s an automatic convertible sports model with leather seats and they are hard to come by. Munster Tyres are incompétent clowns. Don’t ever take your car there!

Will take every penny they can from you and take advantage of people with little car knowledge. Went for a squeaky fan belt, they said they had replaced it and charged for a new one - as I drove out it squeaked, it clearly wasn’t a new one. Another experience, I went in with a rattle on front left wheel, they got it on the ramps - an hour later they have no idea what the problem was and charge me for the time. I took it down the road to another mechanic, he kicked the wheel and diagnosed the problem on the street. Fixed there and then for cheaper than what they charged me to look at it! Avoid this lot! There are a million times better / friendlier places just up the road.

Don't bother coming here. Took my car here with a flat tyre. Not only did they make me wait an hour to replace 1 tyre also just resealed my punctured tyre and sent me on my way. This then failed again on my way home.
Don't waste your time and money!

Bought all four part worn tyres from them, just before mot. Mot failed due to one tyre having cracks all over it, had to buy another one. Don't trust them, do own inspection.

Fantastic customer service today from this company, friendly service, job done within 1.5 on my dead battery and flat tyre, not forgetting the quick call out to jump start my car to get it to the garage! Definitely recommend this company and I'm so glad they are so close to where I live & they pretty much cover everything under one roof! 10 out 10!! Will be going back for a new battery next week! Fantastic service guys!

Rude and dismissive staff. They did our wheel alignment poorly, almost had an accident on the motorway! When I went to see them again and talk about the issue the staff couldn't find details on their computer. The guy that seems to be the BOSS is always busy and refuses to take a moment and listen to you. Would not recommend to anyone!

Been using this garage for a while due to the locality. There has been numerous blunders along the way, forgetting the under tray on one occasion which left me stranded awaiting the AA for 2 hours on a Sunday morning. That was followed by failing to replace the engine cover after a service. The final straw was when they allegedly fitted rear brake pads to the vehicle, this was clearly never done and was confirmed by a Ford dealer who stated "REAR PADS WOULD NO WAY BE WARN DOWN TO NOTHING AFTER 4 MONTHS UNLESS YOU WERE DRIVING AN F1 CAR". I have been in contact with them it's just constant fobbing off and no contact simply DO NOT TRUST.

SO kind, helpful and honest! I don't know how they have a single review less than 5 stars, they were so helpful. I am always nervous of garages overcharging me as a female but they were clear, honest, showed me the issue and offered me different price options so I could choose what was right for me. I will now use them as my MOT garage as I trust them implicitly.

I read your reviews, mainly good but some not, I brought my car into your garage and the time specified for my work was two hours. I waited outside, while the work was being done and to see for myself how this garage performed. You were very, very busy and constantly having cars pulling up, but still the manager and the staff were so friendly and polite and tried to help every customer as quick as possible and always with a smile. My car was finished in 1:40 minutes, 20 minutes ahead of schedule, and at the agreed price.
I highly recommend this garage.

I would never get into this garage again.they broke my sensor valve and put some plastic one.U had to order new one and pay 150£.when I came back owner said how he already told me,how was broken before I came there.a bunch of scammers.I advise everyone to avoid this garage.

Needed 2 Tyres and wheel alignment. Called a couple of places but found MUNSTER TYRES to be the best price and also the most professional and polite(unlike one of other garages) They got me in the next day and It was all done while I waited. Would definitely recommend these guys. ????

Very poor service - ripped of my daughter - had a faulty valve and told her the tyre needed replacing. It had just passed an MOT with no advisories. So the tyre had got through a MOT and in less than 100 miles needed a new tyre. Disgusting and dishonest behaviour.

I brought my Peugeot 206 to your garage. I had like a grinding noise from the front of the car, you were very very busy, but still managed to send your mechanic out for a test drive. He came back, put the car up in the air and discovered that the problem was the front brakes, they where completely gone. In the same afternoon you fitted front brakes and the job was finished. WOW what a great job.
