I recently took my Mini to BSG Garages to have an oil leak fixed. Elliot and his team are friendly, professional, reasonably priced, efficient and go the extra mile to assist their customers. I rarely write reviews, but I would highly recommend this garage.

I took my mini cooper classic to the gents at BSG. I can only give them excellent reviews for their expertise and professional service - it turned out one of the guys is a mini specialist! My car had been driven into seriously, and I was worried it would be written off but after a week they returned it in better condition than it was before. They know their stuff and I had no fear about being ripped off as a woman, they are respectful and explained everything really well. Will be returning!

Female friendly, highly recommended ladies! Professional team, affordable prices, knowledgeable but not patronising, trustworthy. Pleasure to do business with ladies.

Thanks to BSG I've managed to completely rebuild my ABC System on my W215 AMG N/A using all new genuine Mercedes-Benz parts... Including new valve bodies, pipes and shocks. They were very communicative, friendly and also much faster than I would've anticipated at getting the job done. The price was very good value for money - far cheaper than it would have been at Mercedes and the service was a million times better too. They even polished it for me to boot! I highly can highly recommend them and they will be looking after all of my cars from here on out. 10/10.

Brilliant service. Helpful, polite and courteous. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. Had a hideous noise coming from my 3 series and Elliott and his team made me feel at ease throughout. Kept me up to date with the progress which put my mind at ease, especially as I have a young baby to plan around. Knowledgeable and felt I was in safe hands throughout. I've found my "One Stop Shop" garage for anything I need in the future.

I brought in my W123 1984 Mercedes estate to Elliot when it was smashed by a coach. He had the front replaced and repainted and it was expertly done. All overseen by BSG. While the car was in repair, Elliot suggested a full service and the car now runs beautifully. Since then he has replaced the stereo. Brilliant service. Courteous. I recommend highly.

The new management team (Elliott) is great and the mechanics are awesome. They did wonder on my old Merc 350Sl and managed to solve issues noone had come near to before. Very well done, exceptional service and friendly can-do attitude. A strong recommend

I haven’t had a lot of luck with cars. I was once overtaken by my passenger wheel in the outside lane of the M4; had the touring range of a conventional saloon reduced to nine miles when an overly enthusiastic MOT garage replaced a rubber petrol cap with an unvented one, causing the fuel tank to implode to the size of a small brown paper bag. I must be alone in having a classic 250se coupe Mercedes declared a site of special scientific interest because newts were breeding in the glove box. (yes, it was under water). Speaking of which, I even had a girlfriend who sank a combine harvester without trace in the Atlantic. So I was a little apprehensive when faced with the prospect of reanimating an elderly Mercedes that had been standing in the mildewed dark, on long flat tyres, with seized brakes and a dead battery, in an underground garage too low to admit a tow truck, for many years. Resolving this seemed like a licence for someone to print money. I had a brief glimpse of spectral garage owners rubbing their skeletal hands together, like ossified fruit machines, before my flickering torch was extinguished by horror. Why was I even in this situation? Because my previous car was utterly destroyed, when parked in a quiet side road, by a police Transit van inexplicably veering into it at high speed from the opposite side of the road. Not that surprising, I suppose: after all, the previous time it had been the Fire Brigade. After much soul searching and sensible enquiries leavened by paranoia and ignorance, I decided to approach a local garage: BSG, of Malton Road, W10. It was a leap in the dark. Miraculously, it turned out my fears were unfounded. Elliot and his team couldn’t have been nicer. From the start they talked me through the best procedures to get the car running ( I had been previously warned by the MB club that casually turning the ignition key without numerous precautions could atomise the engine and my wallet simultaneously) After that they meticulously recorded and photographed everything they did, talked me through every stage, prioritised works, sourced necessary parts, and showed real enthusiasm for what they were doing. By the time I was presented with a CD record of the works and a brand new (though unnecessary because of its age)) MOT, I felt that my old 450sl, gleaming with a brilliant wax finish - for which I wasn’t charged - had earned its place in their own chromium temple to V8 Thunderbirds, classic and characterful cars spanning half a century. This is a great garage run by skilled people who genuinely love cars and are both knowledgeable and fair.

Have taken my BMW 6 series twice to BSG for various repairs and on both occasions had the faults identified and repaired quickly. The owner Elliot kept me up to date during the process with needed to be done and what the costs would be before carrying out the work. An honest and trust worthy garage which is hard to come by these days. Would highly recommend this garage and will certainly be going back for MOTs and services from now on

Elliot and his team are fantastic, he bought my beloved mini up to tip-top condition. Elliots love of motors shines through, no job to big or small it seems, all is given the same professional service. Decent price too. Highly recommend.

BSG Garages has always helped me put over the years. They provide excellent advice on what the car needs and are honest and punctual. There is a reason everyone brings there pride and joy and sports cars and classics to them. Took my Maserati to BSG Garages as it was getting a little hard even though I had taken it to other garages and they had said to change the pump which would’ve been a costly job. They told me to change the fluid over and flush the system which they did and to my surprise it has fixed the issue. BSG Garages helped me save money whilst being honest and had the car ready on time as agreed. Thank you BSG Garages Would Definitely Recommend!!

After thinking ive hit a wall trying to find somewhere to take my mercedes CLA to in order to sort out an ECU malfunction that car giant had sold me the car with unknowingly, i stumbled across BSG garages on my initial contact i spoke to a mechanic who worked at the premises “ Daniel” who straight away instilled trust and confidence within me and had me booked in straight away on the next available appointment. Daniel had my car hooked up to the diagnostics computer and gave me the problem and the solution all within 5minutes without making me feel like all he wanted to do was to take my money from me , he gave a real interpersonal touch to business and he has a friendly and knowledgable approach a real asset to this business! After getting my car all booked in a few days later the car was sorted to the highest standard and transparency Ensuring me that everything is sorted even showed me the before and after diagnostic report and gave me a copy for myself ... the business manager ”Elliott” was also just as helpful ensuring good communication with me throughout the whole Process definitely a community business with a genuine community spirit to help would recommend to anyone and would most definitely come Back again should an issue arise A****************************

I just had my A45 AMG serviced at BSG. They were excellent. The customer service provided by Elliott and the technicians is first class. They are completely transparent on pricing and keep you updated on progress. Significantly better service and pricing than a main Mercedes dealer, and exactly the same result, if not better.

I’ve been using BSG Garages for all my car needs. I had bad damage to my car from a incident and needed a lot of work done to my car. A few days later, my car came back looking like it has just come out of the showroom! They are friendly, professional and honest energisers which is often hard to find. We had our Mercedes fixed at BSG recently. They did an excellent job and were incredibly quick and professional. It was a bonus that the staff were incredibly helpful too, particularly Elliot the manager. Will definitely be using their services again in the future! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible! The guys there are incredibly kind and professional and were able to fix absolutely everything in no time. They kept me updated about the progress and recognised that what Mercedes has diagnosed as the problem was in fact incorrect and came up with a far superior solution to what they had said. I will be going back and I recommend this to anyone with a German modern or classic car looking for repairs or restoration.

Took my Mercedes SLK to BSG on a Monday morning because the yellow engine light appeared on my dash, received a phone call from them in the afternoon saying they changed the air filter and the light is gone and total cost is £55, went to pick up the car and the yellow engine light was still there, they said oh it was gone and we don't know what happened blah blah blah. left the car there and went home, the day after they called me saying that there is an oil leakage and that's why the light appeared on the dash, the car need £150 parts plus three hours of labour to fix the problem and promised the yellow light will go away after that. on Wednesday they told me the car will be ready for collection by 5 pm, I arrived there at 5:10 pm and they said oh they have done everything and stopped the oil leakage but the light is still on and asked me to go back home without the car so they can work on it on Thursday morning and see what is causing the problem, again I said okay. Thursday morning they called me saying they also need to change the LAMBDA sensor and I need to pay another £200 on top of everything else. Basically the problem was never the air filter or oil leakage and it never needed three hours of work on it, all it needed in order for the yellow engine light to disappear was a change of LAMBDA Sensor for £200 plus 30 minutes or maximum one hour of labour. they kept my car there from Monday morning until Thursday afternoon, dragged me to there garage four times and made me pay them £740 .
