I would recommend Ingle and Rhode in a heart beat. The whole team are brilliant and David Rhode was a pleasure to work with. They cater for all requirements and tastes and they make you feel confident that you are making the right choice. Not once did I feel pressurised into making a quick decision. The bespoke service was so efficient and stress free that I really enjoyed designing my own ring with Ingle and Rhode. It is really special for myself and my fiancée to know that the ring has been designed uniquely for her and is ethically sourced. It is a beautiful ring that we both obviously love.
As a company they are aware that the decision is yours and that you must be happy with the final product. It’s simple - they help you choose and create the perfect ring for you and your partner.

Ingle and Rhode provided an exceptional service from first consultation through to presentation of the ring. The yellow diamond ring is stunning and all the details I had discussed then chosen with the help of I and R had been executed to perfection. On top of that I&R worked to a very tight deadline and at times even fit in appointments with 20 minutes notice. Their ethical approach is very important to my fiancé and I and considering the excellent service and competitive pricing offered, I would recommend them to anyone.

I came across Ingle & Rhode whilst searching for rings online. I had a specific design in mind and came across something similar on their website. I needed a different stone and size however, and had a tight time scale. They were very helpful providing me with all the information I needed and answering every question I had.
The ring when it arrived was of exquisite quality, no less than I expected and was received very well by my fiancée. It needed resizing which they took care of very promptly and we had the ring back within a week.
The whole service was excellent, and felt very personal despite the majority of our communications being by email or phone.
I would highly recommend Ingle & Rhode, especially if you are looking for ethically sourced jewellery - I hadn't come across anyone else so upfront about this information.

My fiancé of the time (now my wife) and I had a really great experience with Ingle & Rhode and are recommending them to all other people we meet looking to buy jewellery and wedding rings. Sadly, many people don't really think about buying ethical jewellery and wedding rings and it doesn't appear to be that easy in the UK. But Ingle & Rhode made it easy and really pleasurable and took really good care of us. The rings and beautiful and we ended up feeling really positive about the fact that we'd supported a Peruvian mining cooperative by getting married.

My fiance and I had Ingle & Rhode design her engagement and there service was second to none and they created such a beautiful ring that we were blown away. When it came to getting our wedding rings we were very keen to go back to them. Unfortunately the finished wedding band didn't fit with the engagement ring as we envisaged. As you can imagine this was quite a worry but nothing was too much for Ingle & Rhode. After attempting a new mould for the wedding band it was decided that the engagement ring was actually throwing out the combination and at no extra cost they remade this. The service we have received and the quality of the products have blown us away. We would recommend Ingle and Rhode to anyone and everyone looking for engagement and wedding rings.

Evergything 'feels' right about David Rhode. His 'studio' is clean, simple with a hint of elegance without being over-lavish. He and his staff are knowledgeable, open and straightforward. I felt that the values of the firm (integrity in sourcing materials and an approach to design that combines sensitivity to the client with clean uncomplicated lines and interesting but uncluttered ideas) were readily demonstrated and backed by warm, charming staff. How refreshing to be greeted and treated in a personal way without it feeling forced or deliberate. The response to my lack of clarity about what I wanted in design terms led me gently to a recognition that a combination of art deco and the designs of Charles Rennie Mackintosh reflected my taste and could be translated into a stunning piece of jewelry. There was no time or decision-making pressure but there was quick follow-up and responsiveness to my feedback.
I look forward to continuing the voyage of design and fulfillment with David and Haley confident in a great outcome to delight my wife.

I went to Ingle and Rhode because I was impressed with their impressive attitude and practices when it comes to ethics. This was something that was very important to me, and getting a ring that would be really nice.
I arranged an appointment with Tim Ingle at their premises in London who was very helpful in explaining their ethical policies and the 4 Cs.
After I'd found out what kind of ring Rachel might like I thought I'd go down the route of getting something made bespoke. Tim was incredibly quick getting quotes to me. The designs were produced in CAD in 3D for me to review in a few days flat and to a very high standard. They set an ambitious deadline for getting the ring made and then beat their own target.
All the way through they responded quickly and professionally and in a friendly way.
The finished ring is fantastic, really beautiful. Rach is really pleased with it.
I can't recommend Ingle and Rhode highly enough.

Ingle & Rhode’s service is exceptional. I initially contacted them because of their ethical sourcing policy and was pleased to find that this was at the heart of their business.
Then their guidance, patience and expertise in multiple meetings to help us decide on a stone and a design was incredible. Nothing was too much to ask and even though we didn’t know what we wanted at the start that wasn’t an issue as they helped us choose.
I can’t recommend them enough and my fiancé and I were very pleased with the final ring.

Where do I start. After failed bespoke design of an engagement ring that I wanted to do it in platinum from the white gold (and having no success), I skeptically turned to the internet to try the company who do beskope designs. I scrutinised the internet for few weeks and when I came across Ingle & Rhode website, I immediately fell in love with their work!
Tim and Leila were fantastic to work with and I am more than pleased with the end product. They were professional, responsive, creative....the list just goes on and on!
I could not be more pleased with my new ring! It is stunning!
I can highly recommend the company, trust me anyone who decides to go with Ingle&Rhode won’t regret and this is coming from a very fussy person

We were amazed at the lack of reliable, ethical jewellers in the UK. Sourcing this kind of jewellery was our main requirement, and a quick internet search led us to Ingle & Rhode.
However, it's one thing touting yourself as an ethical jeweller, as a few Hatton Garden salesmen do, and another thing providing all the documents to back it up. Ingle & Rhode make sure that you know precisely where your stones were sourced and give you the certificates as proof.
Tim (Ingle) and David (Rhode) also come across so well. They are very professional, courteous and, most importantly, trustworthy. We had great fun designing a bespoke engagement ring with them, and we then went back to get our wedding bands made. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and the final products.
They're also very competitive on price. For ethically sourced stones, the cost is very fair and transparent, and it's so nice to be able to trust that your stones are authentic.
I would recommend Tim and David highly. We will certainly be going back to them in the future.

Had a fantastic engagement ring made with some stones I provided and new ones. Great service all the way and I'm a complete jewellrey novice. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and it was done in a tight time frame because I left it late. Lots of contact during the process, nothing was too much trouble and at a great price. I was attracted by the ethical values of the gold and gems. The missis loves it and we'll be returning for our wedding bands at some point in the future.

We used Ingle and Rhode for my wedding band - as the Bride already had a family ring. I chose a plain ring made in recycled platinum and both Tim and David (yes you deal with the owners of the business directly) were very helpful initially in sizing and judging our requirements. We had a second meeting once the ring was produced and I asked for a minor adjustment to the edge of the ring (going for a court band with rounded edges) which they completed without any second questions or extra charges. Our final meeting was to inspect the changes and collect - simple!
Their office is in central London, two minutes from Oxford Street, they've always been quick at getting back to me via both email and phone and they're always very helpful and impeccably polite. Not only that but their prices were very reasonable compared to high street shops and you are getting personal service unlike any normal jewelers - oh yes and ethical jewelry too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you.

I wanted to write a quick note to thank David and the team at Ingle&Rhode as they made all the stages of purchasing my engagement ring easy and I was so impressed with the final product. As I live in Hong Kong the process was always going to be slightly more drawn out but with all the organisation it really was not, i was able to be included in all the design stages through calls and email discussions and the final product turned out to be exactly as I wanted.
In addition I must also add how professional and courteous the team were all the way through the process.
I think the main attraction is you end up with a unique and high quality product and i would certainly not hesitate to recommend them to any of my colleagues or friends.
