Divine Diamonds was by far friendliest, most welcoming and great experience. I dealt with Mudha was wonderful to work with throughout the process of creating our bespoke pieces. The diamonds are excellent quality and the communication was perfect. I highly recommend Mudha for his creative work to anyone who looking for a unique designs and great priced quality diamonds..

Bought an engagement ring last year the service from Muda and Zafar was excellent. They were extremely knowledgeable about the emerald and diamonds and helpful with the design. I thought their pricing was very fair and they were not at all pushy. So impressed with their service that we returned this month to get the wedding rings. My fiancé and I bought an engagement ring and wedding ring from Divine Diamonds last month. We were given an amazing service by Zafar and the team. He designed the ring exactly how we wanted and got it made within a very short period of time. We needed it for our engagement ceremony and didn’t think it would be possible as it was only a week away but he made it happen and we were extremely grateful and pleased. Zafar was very patient and helpful and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Divine Diamonds.

I got my ring made bespoke, and the ring was made exactly how I wanted it! I was really nervous at first but Talah from Divine diamonds assured my the ring would be made exactly how I want, he kept me up to date with the progress of my ring, sent me draft pictures before and only once I approved my ring design they casted it. I am very happy with the service I received and will be getting my wedding band from here to.

Extremely happy with the service and beautiful ring made all within 1 week. I went to divine diamonds by chance and was greeted by zafar who was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything about the process and the varying types of diamonds and did not apply any form of pressure. I was able to get a ring that I could afford but beautiful nonetheless. He and his team were able to get the ring designed and made within 1 week with all required documentation provided. Even the box was glamorous leading to the perfect surprise for my now fiancée. All steps were communicated with indepth updates and I would highly recommend.
Having read the one negative review on trip advisor based on my experience I would highly doubt this is a real person as my experience differed so significantly. An honest jeweler!

Exceptional service from start to finish. I visited Divine Diamonds after it was recommended to me by my friend and I have absolutely no regrets! I had a vision of what I wanted my dream ring to look like - Zafar took that vision and made it a reality. He sourced my diamond for me very quickly - and it was great quality and I got it for a price which beat every other quote in Hatton Garden (trust me I spent enough time getting quotes). I ended up getting my wedding band and fiancé's ring from there too. Zafar went over and beyond to meet our needs and I would definitely recommend his store and services. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Muda explained the ins and outs of diamonds to me without rushing and wasn't pushing me for a sale. He went through everything in detail but understandable enough for a novice.

Very coercive and unpleasant to deal with. Took a deposit from me, I decided to go elsewhere and it took me about a month and three separate visits to them to get my deposit back. In the second visit the 'boss' told me that deposits were not refundable, and I was lucky that they were even considering doing me this 'favour'. This was despite it being written on my receipt that the deposit was fully refundable. I had to threaten to come back with lawyers for them to finally issue a refund.
They did offer a fair price on the product, I ended up choosing to go elsewhere and pay slightly more to avoid dealing with Divine Diamonds.
I strongly urge you to avoid at all costs, you would find more honest dealing in the markets of marrakech.
