my friend loved the flowers. customer service is the worst. i ordered from the US and emailed three times called three times and never got a response. i had to ask my friend if she received the flowers i sent. not exactly what you want as a gift.

Wow horrible service amd horrible bouquet. It really depends which florist is in the shop i happened to encounter one without imagination. Charged me 40£ for a lousy bunch of leaves and ‘seasonals’. Said if i want something nicer id need to order a bouquet like the ones on the website—so i did! He started picking flowers that are nothing like the one boquet from the website, asked if we could do a lighter one and he insisted i must be wanting a pink arrangement. I gave up never coming back. Get your flowers online.
