Fast, friendly service

Women who work here are generally pleasant and accommodating and they get the job done. The bold head middle eastern guy is rude, condescending and unhelpful. Humble yourself!!! You work in a laundrette! They did such an appalling job for small alterations then I had to ask them to do it again meanwhile we were running out of time as we had to display the clothing that night in our boutique. They fixed it after we explained word for word to them like you would to a child ???? (Mind you, the guy refused to take instructions I’d written for them the 1st time) We used to get our shirts done here every week (dry cleaning which they do well) but now we’re looking elsewhere (Westbourne Grove is much better and polite customer service) If you’re looking for professional alterations and tailoring I’d suggest you go elsewhere unless you want to be let down especially at the last minute.

Sparkle provides a premium service plus the normal self-service laundry. They have good prices, a friendly and efficient staff and a good structure.
