They charged me £59 for two bags of washing which should have cost £29. I mainly used them because my washing machine had broken down and wouldn’t drain. I told the driver that collected that there were wet towels and clothes in the bag because my washing machine wouldn't drain. Obviously wet clothes would weigh more, but this wouldn’t be an accurate weight of all the items! They should weigh items after they wash and dry them and not before. This is a complete rip off! I’m sure lots of people use them when they’re washing machines break down and if clothes are wet then what!? You will be charged ridiculous amounts for small washes??? What a stupid system. Very floored…..They need a better one.

***AVOID THIS COMPANY*** ***POOR SERVICE/NON PROFESSIONAL*** I had a double duvet sent in to be dry cleaned. It arrived a day later then expected and doesn’t even look or feel washed. Had hair all still stuck to the duvet which I wasn’t pleased about. I emailed the company straight away however they told me they had told me before hand they may not be able to remove the hair. Which wasn’t true as I sent them screenshots of our previous emails!! After I proved them wrong they gave me a £10 discount code for next use, which is ridiculous as I will never use them again. After speaking via email I opened the duvet to notice a smell which is awful. They could have at least made it smell fresh! I would have been happy to pay more and gone elsewhere. A complete rip off!!!

My experience was terrible, let me list all the issues from the beginning till the end: 1- The application deduct money before they even come and collect my items. so if your items delivered with damaged condition you won't be able to return your money. 2- They have informed that the service is 24 hours and i have received my items after 72 hours 3- NO contact number and no exact location, if your delivery is delayed you can't call or go to certain location to collect your items (as per what they say "they have a standard for there service" the only way of communication is the Live chat/ mail. 4- after a daily hustle and conflicts of not keeping their promises of delivery date & time. I was frustrated and desperate just to get my items even if it's not cleaned. 5- On the third day I got my dress damaged as you can see in the picture the black colour was spread over the white area. As a conclusion: Please do not ever send your items their because it's like sending your stuff to the unknown

Fast and efficient collection and delivery of laundry. Could be more careful with ensuring items collected are counted correctly in their receipt. Quite scary to hear they almost couldn't find my pants that I sent in. But thank God they found it in the end. Could be a one off mistake so I would totally give them another try.

All the clothes were washed and folded neatly. Even though I only opted for the washing service, the clothes were folded so neatly that they were ready to wear! The price is also very affordable, excellent service

During the delivery slot, I received a message saying they couldn't deliver after all, and the slot had been pushed back 2 hours. I am not available then, so am now attempting to contact them, but their replies are painfully slow. Not impressed, considering payment has already been taken.

Love love love their service I live in Brooklyn and it's not easy to find a decent laundry service in my area. It arrives back within 24 hrs. And the dry cleaning was good. It was may first order/ delivery experience. I was nervous when I sent off the first batch of items. Would I see them again? Yes i did. Cleaning services e =excellent. I will use them again.

That the best intentions. I ordered a 24 hour pick up drop off service. I’m still around hour 36 with no clothes yes Communication is minutes away to answers. I received one Jacket and didn’t not received the remainder of my laundry. A normal human panic but rest assured They will attempt to move mountains with genuine urgent action and communication.. The. One jacket that arrived looks fresh and new and smell the intvestment of higher shelf laundry detergent. The Quote and final bill may shock but for. Drop off &deliver service . It makes sense . My personal opinion would prefer a price range of $45 dollars. I’d like to add that my appreciation for Brief mention of partial reimbustemt for extra obstacles overcame. Thanks You James Tyler

I had the worst experience with this company. They use staples to tag the items of clothing when returning them. They staple tags into the garments tag and sometimes stapling into the clothing. Very poor quality control. The first time it happened a cashmere sweater was destroyed they stapled the actual cashmere there was a hole in the sweater. Also, my boyfriend was putting it on and it scratched his head causing him to bleed. I contacted the company no compensation was offered. They told me they will never use staples again and were shocked to hear this. I sent pictures as proof. So I gave them another chance this week. The dry cleaning was returned with staples in the clothing again! Destroying another cashmere sweater. I reached out to the company for a second time asking for a full refund. They took 16 hours to figure out what to do about this. They offered me 17 dollars for (2) cashmere sweaters being destroyed that had a total cost of over $1,000. I just wanted a $120 refund for their poor service. If you care about your clothes do not use this laundry service. Additionally, they are beyond unprofessional and shouldn’t be in service business.

My second time using them and they took 2 weeks to deliver my dry cleaning. I was told every 2 days that they would be delivering in a specific window of time and they would cancel/reschedule each time. Thank god I didn't actually need my dry cleaning in the time frame that I had initially scheduled. Their customer service reps pandered to me and did nothing to solve this issue. They gave my a $5 discount off the next time...but there won't be a next time. Each time I contacted them and they told me they had no driver who could make it. But they would make sure it happened the next time. 7 reschedules later they show up. I got to the point where I said let me know where my clothes are at and I will pick it up myself. They didn't allow me to do this. I will not be using them again.

Laundryheap in Dubai lost my t-shirt. They have stated that they have wrongly delivered it someone else and that they will bring it back to me. During times of COVID this is not a healthy approach. Anyhow, in the end they could not find my T-shirt. I asked for a refund and send them the link for my shirt. They were willing to pay me ONLY half of the price. To not bother myself with this anymore I agreed. The real mess then really started: they claim to have reimbursed too much on my credit card and have charged my credit card again without my approval. Then the same game again. Until today I have not seen the reimbursement + I got charged more. So I've been punished more then once for their mistake! PEOPLE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!

Dry cleaning & wash & Hang shirts were the cleanest I seen from a cleaners! Our driver Fernando Santiago was right on time and VERY nice. specified for the chef jackets to be buttoned & hung a certain way & they were perfect!! The prices are fabulous as well! LOVE this place!!!

If you are reading this and thinking about using Laundryheap, please save yourselves A LOT of stress and find somewhere else! We used them a handful of times and it was a terrible experience every time: -They lost various items of clothing, some very sentimental to me and now irreplaceable. They were able to cover the cost of SOME of these items, not all and most are no longer available to re-purchase -We received various items belonging to other people -The delivery times they give you mean nothing, I spent one Sunday evening waiting from 6pm until 10pm only to be told the delivery would happen the following day. Only after kicking off did they manage to get someone to deliver that night -On a different occasion, we were waiting to have our laundry delivered back to us and out of the blue were told there was a 24 hour delay as they weren't happy with the service they had received - all very smoke and mirrors and interestingly this coincided with our items going missing -The clothes do not arrive smelling clean, you can tell they wash on a budget I recently found out a lot of the local launderettes and dry cleaners offer this same service and have found one which picks up and delivers on time, washes them locally, the clothes smell amazing, they haven't lost a single item and they are cheaper than Laundryheap!!! So take my advice and ring up a few places local to you as this may not be a service they advertise very obviously.

After spending time and clearly stated what was laundry vs dry cleaning, the washed everything and ruined many of my wife's dresses, sweaters and dry clean only shirts. Worst part is, there is no customer service so I unfortunately have to post here and hope they respond.

Exceptionally deceptive. This was my first, and certainly my last time using their services. The delivery man collected a few curtains from my place, and when asked, he clearly stated that the call center will inform me of the cost ahead of the service. I waited 2 days and was astonished to see an AED 1,900 deduction from my card registered on their app! LaundryHeap started the service and charged me without any prior notification or agreement, despite the fact that curtains require a manual process of measuring the size and agreeing on the fabric treatment! Incredibly sneaky and should not be trusted with payment information.

I think it is a great option to doing laundry yourself. Personally I used it because I had just returned from a business trip abroad and needed to get a load done while I self quarantined for 14 days out of caution. They arrived on time, and dropped off on time, and everything was clean, neatly folded and safely packaged. The only thing is that I think they wash too hot (some items shrunk - a cardigan's sleeves and length), and also they do not use softener, so the clothes felt a bit scratchier than usual. But, they don't promise the most amazing laundry of your life- they promise fast, clean, neat, professional service and on that they deliver.

First time user of a laundry service. Followed the instructions on the website, bagged the items I needed cleaned, labelled them and that was it! Was able to track the driver via the link that was sent and was kept updated by text. Collection went without a hitch. Later in the evening I received a mail from Laundryheap informing me they there were some stains on three of my shirts. They attached pics and said they would do their best. Great communication! 24 hours later, nearly to the minute, my dry cleaning was returned. Again, I could follow the progress of the driver and he also texted me when he arrived at my building to make sure he had the correct entrance. Drivers on both days were exceptionally polite. Will use again. Service I requested today was dry cleaning for 2 suits and to have 11 shirts and a waistcoat laundered. In my opinion, great value, especially as I didn't have to stir outside my front door!

Lack of experience in dry cleaning & damaged my leather jacket , very poor customer service staff in dealing with the problem. they do not have an address which means you are dealing with no specific entity they are just an intermediate with many other laundries . this is a warning to take care

Pricey and the pickup / drop off availability was limited but I needed a deep clean of all my laundry after contracting COVID-19. The high temp option was ideal in this situation and surprisingly, every single stain was removed from my mattress encasement, mattress protector, sheets, pillows, comforter and other bedding. Everything was returned like-new, super clean, soft and fluffy. Excited to jump in bed tonight.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I tried it for the first time and they lost an item that was very valuable to me. They weren't even able to track down where it ended up because they work with outside providers. You're better off with drycleaning directly with a company that has its own facilities!!! BUYER BEWARE

it is the worst experience ever. They charged me twice. I dry cleaned two jumper and repair a zipper of the trousers for 60 pounds.... They charge one of the jumper as dedicated dress????repair a trouser cost 18 pounds!!!!! ????????‍♀️Highly not recommend! They said for changing the zipper is from 10 to 15 pounds and they charged me 18 pounds. ????They said they give you discount they never did! ????They said they contact you that’s a lie as well! Don’t believe a single word they say! Don’t let them to ruin your clothes and waste your time and money The refund is not given back by them it is because I am reporting finical fraud to the bank! ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Used LaundryHeap in Singapore for ironing service, super efficient pick up on same day and delivered back within 24 hours in a very good quality EDIT: Changing the rating from 5 to 3. I was warned by a friend that billing here is generally overcharged so I casually checked my 2nd invoice and it was higher by 40%. I wrote to them and got the difference reversed, they said it was wrongly tagged to a different service. On my 3rd invoice I made sure I checked every item on the invoice and this time there was one extra item - 7% extra charge. Wrote to them again and this time it was blamed on human error. I still like their 24 hour turnaround service but they really need to fix their invoicing errors !

App allowed me to book delivery for the following day despite being subsequently told it would take 72 hours. Received texts saying the driver had my order and will be delivering the following day (Sunday) and then when they were 4 stops away the delivery was suddenly cancelled and rescheduled for the next day, Monday. Same happened on Monday then it was also delayed on Tuesday. The item was a treasured blanket from my grandma that we had kept in tip top shape for almost 20 years and carefully looked after. The one time I get it professionally cleaned, it was damaged and the hem was ripped from the blanket. Customer service not the best with communication and they finally offered me a refund which I will expect in my account over the next few days. This was simply a refund for the cleaning service and not for the repair so this cost will actually sit with me as they deemed the damage was standard wear and tear, which I assure you it is not. That damage could only be caused with some aggressive manipulation. This order and the last order I made for expensive formal shirts, washing and ironing, both resulted in damaged items (the shirts actually were torn around the rib area). This service is supposed to make life easier for busy people however it has caused me such a headache on more than one occasion. I will definitely be using my local cleaner with whom we have a great relationship and certainly will not be using laundryheap ever again! A* for the business idea. F for execution

Very disappointing experience. Sent about 10 items and lost one item and damaged a 2nd one. Despite my numerous requests for the full video footage of all items being dumped from the bag I sent them in, I was only sent 4 different cut out clips of the items which were not lost. When asked for the full footage, I was told "it wasn't available". A white shirt was returned white/greenish and I was compensated only about $30 for an item which originally cost $200+ although still waiting for that refund to be posted and it hasn't arrived yet.

I gave in a high value coat with minor stains and made it very clear to follow the instructions on how to dry clean my coat, and it was returned with stains that was not there before I gave it to them. Laundryheap does not have an actual telephone customer service number so I was communicating through the live chat on their website, very slow replies and I found myself repeating my case to numerous staff. Eventually they came and took my coat to try and reverse the damage they have caused, but they could not and delivered my coat in a worse state then what I gave them. I would not recommend using Laundryheap. The quality of service they guarantee is false, and I would not want anyone to be in my position, a person with a damaged high value coat who now has to pay more money to try and reverse the damage caused by Laundryheap. I recommend calling the local flagship store of the retailer and asking them where you can get your items dry cleaned and not make the same mistake I have

I sent them my clothes on a Tuesday evening. Early Wednesday morning they asked to confirm what pieces need to be dry cleaned. I responded within minutes. Later than evening I received a text saying that my driver was on the way. Then I receive another shortly thereafter saying that they needed more time to do my laundry and that it wouldn't be delivered until the following evening. I reach out to customer support and they say that it was delayed because they didn't know what needed to be dry cleaned. I explained that I had answered that immediately, which he saw and was confused about as well. I then asked if they could just send what they had already completed as I was packing up and leaving my apartment the next day. He said they hadn't even started the laundry and the facility was closing in 15 minutes. So essentially they left my clothes untouched all day, for no valid reason, and then decided to inform me of this 15 minutes before they closed. For this joke of an experience, they offered me $7. I really wish Rinse would come to NYC.... this was terrible. One fact I did learn from this: You can't rate a business zero stars.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't have any phone numbers you can call and they won't call you if you ask. You can only communicate with them via text. The customer services agents sound like they're bots, not real people. They ignored every question I asked. Kept telling me that it was under review and they cared but didn't actually give me any information that I needed like where my clothes were or did they lose them? This is the third and last time I will ever use Laundryheap. The 2nd time I sent an order in they ripped two large holes into my tablecloth. This time they completely LOST MY CLOTHING. Never use this service. It doesn't make life easier. It just takes the things you love and either destroys or loses them.

Don't usually write reviews but we had an appalling experience, just needed to share. We sent out some clothes to wash, some to iron, some to get fixed. After 271£ spent! Driver came back with: -Our Washed clothes, literally shoved in a bag, some folded but then carelessly inside out !(they were less wrinkled before washing!) -13 Shirts instead of 19, 4 were missing (Also not ironed, as requested and as on the initial receipt, but dry cleaned, >>more expensive) -11 other dry Clean items totally missing in action... The only support available is the chat service, which if you are lucky to keep it on the screen for long enough is utterly useless. After shrugging their shoulders through unpragmatic excuses they escalated to a specialist team, offering little insight or apology on the matter We booked this (expensive) app to remove most headaches linked to doing laundry but now realise they do not have a solid enough business to deliver on that. Even if we get our partial money back and hopefully our clothes we will never use their services again and will do our best to spread the word on this experience. People need to know.

I used this service instead of my usual laundry service because my usual service did not iron one load as well as I would like. What a huge mistake I made. Laundryheap is in my opinion a terrible laundry service. The ironing is better but that is only if you can get your clothes back. I was charged £109 but only about 5% of the items came back. They even charged me £5 for a no show for not delivering my clothes. The driver lied about ringing the doorbell. I have been waiting a week to have my clothes returned. Also their time keeping is very poor. They have only a short window in the evenings to return the clothes and even then the delivery prediction time keeps changing. Their instant messaging time says you will get a response in under 5 minutes. It takes longer than 30 mins to get a response if you get one at all. I want my clothes back (I still don't have them back after 5 days) then I never want to see the Laundryheap logo on my phone or desktop again.
