Had a wonderful experience with The Flower Stand Chelsea team. I ordered a bouquet for my birthday and a wreath. I wasn't sure which bouquet to order so I gave them a quick ring and they were incredibly helpful. I then saw a wreath on their Instagram that I couldn't find on the site and sent an email enquiry. Michele responded quickly and helped me order exactly what I was looking for. On the day of delivery I hadn't heard an update so another quick call later I was given a clear delivery window so I could go about my day. The customer service is as beautiful as their flowers and wreaths, which is quite a feat!

Once again the flower stand has delivered fantastic service and quality.. spoke to a lovely lady at the stand, very professional and helpful, decided on a bouquet of all tulips great selection of colours to choose from.. (was told it’s tulip season) my mum was so happy with them and says they’ve really lasted well and look great.. picked up a couple of stems of Christmas berries for at home too..... can’t fault the quality and selection that’s found at the stand..... I’m no expert but they certainly are! so they are definately my go to florist when I’m wanting to make my mums day!

Terrible service collected flowers for special client and the bag was leaking water the florist offered no plastic vase / extra bag so that it wouldn't leak in my car was dis-interested sarcastic as was ignoring me while attending to other customers and thought it was funny. I wont be recommending you to any of my clients never again! Rubbish service , flowers and attitude

How do you change your opinion from one star to 5? If the business has an extraordinary customer service! I had a little issue with a delivery, Renata (I guess a manager in this business) called me, understood the issue and let me feel as a valued customer. They have great flowers and great customer service. We will buy again their flowers.

An amazing experience. I needed flowers delivered to my girlfriend at very short notice and called them up at 7.30am, spoke to Natalie who was as helpful as could be. I paid £85 and asked her to prepare a beautiful bouquet and to please have it delivered by 12pm. She arranged everything quickly over the phone, prepared a stunning bouquet and had it delivered by 11.15am. Quite simply and outstanding service and I will most certainly use them again in the future.

I ordered a wreath I saw on the web site and to be honest the picture does not do it justice . When it arrived I was delighted with the quality of the wreath . Handmade show stopper . I asked Michael to do the flowers for my granddaughters baptism and wow they were amazing. From start to finish the service was kind, attentive and professional. He used white hydrangea, lilac and lilies, vase upon vase overflowing with beautiful white flowers. They were spectacular, everybody commented on them. Thank you for delivering them too and finding the little chapel in Knightsbridge. From Tarah and myself and of course not forgetting baby India a very big thank you!!
PS - I will return your vases too once the flowers die but there is no sign of that yet!

So sad to read that bad review, can hardly believe it’s the same Flower Stand! I’ve had the most amazing service over the years - the staff have always been incredibly helpful with putting together any special bouquets, the deliveries have been prompt and speedy and the flowers themselves.........well! The stand always looks as if the sun has come out on that corner of Fulham Road! And the huge selection of flowers on offer is truly amazing! My absolute favourite place in London!

Just purchased the prettiest sweet peas I EVER saw, dreamy pinks, soft lilacs, deep purples, the best thing of all though is how incredible their scent is, my house smells like Heaven. Must be because (as I was told by a lovely & knowledgable member of staff) they are English, but of course! Very very happy and will definitely be back for more!

I bought flowers twice within a year, having bought the Mixed Ecuadorian Roses first, then the Lilac Bouquet. Ordering online has always been a breeze and the service (delivery and over-the-phone) has been great. They delivered on time and the flowers always looked amazing and their best. The Lilac Bouquet in particular was spectacular, especially the tulips, and my fiancee was absolutely thrilled and happy to have received it. There is nothing like it elsewhere. Overall, the flower arrangements are put together exquisitely and the service has been great.
