Kensington Flowers offered a very personal and thoughtful service offering to add creative ideas to my choice of plants and even ringing me about the delivery to an elderly relative. The delivery person was above and beyond helpful and the florist on the phone was friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend this speedy reliable florist.

I have been meaning to write a review for a while but really needed to as the service that I had from Kensington Flowers was superb. To cut a long story short I live in Cornwall but was getting married in London last November. I made a few enquiries with florists in Kensington and decided on Kensington Flowers because of the reviews that I had seen and also the contact that I had with them. I dealt with Juliet via e-mail and she was delightful. She suggested that I send an image of my dress colour so she could match the dress colours with the bouquet and button holes, which I did. The whole process was very easy and stress free and on the morning of our wedding I popped in to collect the flowers, not really knowing what to expect but not worried as I felt very confident in Juliet and her staff. When I saw the flowers I was blown away. Far better than I had ever expected, truly beautiful and Juliet and her team had listened to my requests and completely delivered. The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen and the colour match with my dress was perfect. I would recommend them again in a heart beat. The bouquet they designed was stunning and lasted for over a week and was excellent value for money. I just wish I lived closer as I would be buying from them on a weekly basis.

Absolutely everything I hoped for and more with my wedding flowers! Juliet was amazing to work with, she really understood what I wanted and had great recommendations based on my colour scheme and what flowers were in season, etc. I had a limited budget but was able to get stunning arrangements including bouquets, buttonholes and magnetic corsages for the mothers. I would highly recommend them. The delivery of the flowers went smoothly and I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. Also a great experience going to the store to see Juliet, they offered me tea and it’s a lovely little shop.

Adding to the accolades for this place - they are WONDERFUL to work with! Ordered flowers from the US, for same day delivery, after their cut off time and they totally came through! My sister received a stunning birthday bouquet and Kensington Flowers stayed in close touch with me so that I knew they were delivered. And they were prompt to answer my 100 emails. And I was able to do all online - it was remarkably smooth process thanks to team Kensington.

Ordered last minute orchids to a colleague-friend in London. I made the same day delivery deadline, and K.F. were able to get it delivered by late afternoon on a Friday; granted it was only to a few blocks away. They even followed my delivery instructions! Friend sent photos of my gift and I was extremely pleased with the beauty of it!
Online order and payment were easy to navigate. I felt confident to order flowers from overseas. Don’t hesitate to order from K.F! I recommend!

I am in the states, and could not locate the details in London.They found the funeral I was looking for but it was to late, the service had already been held. This joyous experience started with our daughter’s July 31st birthday; she being in the U.K., and we her parents at home in N.Y.C.
Thank goodness for Google Reviews….as I hoped I would be able to successfully WOW our daughter once again, as I try to do every year. This year, however, would prove my most challenging yet, since she was on the other side of the pond…
After an extensive internet search, and review reading, I came upon Kensington Flowers, 15 Victoria Grove. It appeared, from their shop’s online, tasteful floral arrangement images, to be just the shop to fulfill this challenge.
After emailing the shop, within minutes, I received a reply from Douglas assuring me that he and his team would be able to perform the task (what was extraordinary was they were the only floral studio who offered a cake and floral arrangement option). A win-win for me.
Now, my husband and I began the wait.
Then, my phone is ringing, it’s her…”Mommy the cake is the most beautiful cake I have ever seen!”
The delicate looking 6” soft pink berry buttercream iced cake, topped with fresh strawberries, Happy Birthday- name- had been personalized as I requested and “The flowers are so beautiful!” “This is incredible, thank you, thank you!!! How did you do it?!
So this thank you is for Douglas and Juliet – Kensington Flowers - for making our daughter’s birthday one that she will always remember, and hold near to her heart.
