Lesson learn - read reviews before ordering- Website looked professional and the flowers shown were different/unique with other online florist. So deided that it was ok to pay a premium to get a pretty bunch but i was so disappointed when it arrived at my friends place. I am so embarrased to be sending her this bouquet - it is NOTHING like what i ordered - hydrangeas n cabbages were shown w roses n these flowers are not out of season, so i dont understand why there were replaced! In addition, the roses shown were those antique roses type n large ones, those delivered were small cheap roses. Cant believe i paid extra for this!! just look at the photos n decide yourself if they are worth buying from! photo on left is what was delivered, photo on right is what i ordered!

Paid for same day service, inside their 4pm last orders window... over an hour later sent me an E Mail stating they didnt have time to deliver, after I had paid for same day delivery !! them???? then I asked for next morning and they were delivered late afternoon... sent me a link to a tracking app that doesnt track anything??? Awful customer services attitude, slowest delivery in London by far and poor professional acumen ... Shocking and shoddy in equal amounts, they do not deserve to be in business Stop acting all woke and cool and just do the job properly If I could have left a zero i would have be assured of that !!

I was really worried after reading all these reviews (after I placed my order !!!!!!) and ordered a bouquet called Pretty and Delicate at 4pm. It was delivered that evening and am glad and relived to say they were a huge success. The recipient said they were really beautifully done & so I can highly recommend them. I'm sorry for those of you who had a bad experience - maybe your reviews have been instrumental in a positive change ?! :(

I have never posted a review before, but felt that this was necessary. I spent £50 on flowers and a further £14 for same day delivery. I have no issue paying a premium for 'same day service', however the delivery driver was incredibly rude. He called me and said "I'm outside and no one will answer the door". I explained that the flowers were for my friend and that I would call her. He replied "Well I'm just stuck here now and there's no answer". I told him that I would call my friend and then call him back. Before I had even had a chance to dial her number, he called again- "So, did you talk to her?". I hadn't had a chance to call her! I told him I was trying to call her, and he explained that he was very busy and had "had lots of other things to do today". I was stunned at his rudeness. Having paid £14, I would expect the delivery driver to understand that sometimes people aren't in and an alternative needs be found. Not only this, the flowers were so disappointing, they are not like the picture at all. I should have listened to the other reviews, please don't bother with this company! There are far better companies out there.

Ordered Flowers from them for mothers day. The flowers never arrived until late night. I only discovered them the next day in the morning, knocked over on the front door. When asking the customer service, they maintained that they delivered the flowers still that evening, which I seriously doubt. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Terrible customer service.

I placed an order from the states for friends in the UK. I was able to get same day delivery and track my order to make sure it got there. Even with the time difference my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Most importantly the flowers are gorgeous and provided a bright spot during lockdown.

Wanted some flowers sent to my mum for Burns Night. Picked their blue and white hand-tied bouquet and went for same day delivery. Bouquet arrived as described and my mum loved them. Three days later and she says they still look great!

I do not ever leave reviews, but I have unfortunately received completely different (and much less aesthetically pleasing) flowers than what I had ordered. The flowers I received appear to be worth less than a third of what I paid for, and I reached out to the company multiple times to correct the misunderstanding, to which I have received no response. The flowers were a gift so I am very disappointed in their service.

I have found my present next to the bin next day morning. It was a present from Germany and it is not cheap one. There was not even a SMS to inform me about delivering, in spite I was at home. For the paid money your attitude and/or delivering is/ are extremely disrespectful. I can conclude you service deserves neither paid money no consumers' attention. Or otherwise make a proper advertisement at your site " Wonderful roses near the bins" , customer has right to know for what kind of service he pays. Your never- again customer

Avoid! Received a substandard arrangement, nothing like the picture on the website! I wish I checked the reviews before placing my order! I opted for a premium arrangement, which stated my flowers would be exactly as the picture on the website, but instead 2 type of flowers out of 3 were changed to something very poor: instead of lush lilac and narcissuses, I received a few green stems of some grass and a couple of lilies. I have approached their customer services to provide me a discount or a solution, but have been ignored. There are so many other flower companies, take your business elsewhere!

Great flowers and very smooth experience ???? Very smooth experience from choosing the flowers to fast delivery and easy paiement. What I Loved the most: - The Flowers were gorgeous and great value for money - I loved the broad choice of tied hand bouquet on the website - I loved the clear communication via text msg I got at each step of the process to tell when the flowers will be delivered exactly and once they were delivered AND received by “Recipient name”, with a picture of the person and the box at the door :) Great job Flower Yard! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The WORST flower shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The first time I came I picked out flowers for a small to medium sized bouquet the price of which turned out to be £120. I’ve lived in London for a long time, and knowing that flowers here are expensive is no surprise, but this is extreme. I’m never one to be stingy with my money either, but for your utterly average looking weekly bouquet I know what I’m picking. My jaw actually dropped (never happens). Apparently Veronica Spicata/Royal candles flowers in this store is like lab diamonds (I had 8 stems). I asked for the store assistant to remove half of them after which she obliged with a look of great dissatisfaction on her grumpy looking face while I was trying to remain pleasant. Me being the customer. Just by removing half of them the bouquet’s price dropped by half, it still being overpriced. For a comparison I now get a stunning bouquet at a stand on King’s road for £30. The second time around I came in the middle of opening hours. A man in the store was on the phone, my husband walked in and went unnoticed. At this point I went in myself asking if they were open, and was literally waved away like a fly. I asked again thinking this is quite unclear. Hand waving me away, Again. The man didn’t even bother moving the phone away from his ear lol. I refuse supporting a business in which a customer is literally treated as a nuisance and flowers are ridiculously overpriced. I advise you to do the same. This is the first time I’m leaving a negative review in my life, I’m typically not bothered, but this is just crazy to me. Flowers in M&S down the road look 100 times better, this place is a joke. I recommend going literally to any other flower stand, there’re so many close by that deserve your attention and money with actually welcoming stuff.

I have never released review but this time I couldn't do otherwise. Flowers definitely not worth the price paid. They were delivered at 20.30 probably after being in a truck the all day. They were old and not fresh and the company instead of apologising kept saying that they were dispatched in good condition. Not professional at all.

I bought a deluxe bouquet from this company. The flower were not fresh and all wilted and died between 3 & 5 days. No food was provided despite their instructions telling you to add food to the water (instead we changed the water daily). My complaint email to the company remains unanswered but ironically I received a customer satisfaction survey. No prizes for guessing my responses. Cheap flowers from supermarkets generally come with a 7 day freshness guarantee, I would expect the same or better from a florist. Don't use this company.

I'm so bitterly disappointed. I ordered some flowers on Friday for mothers day, of course they couldn't sort them, which is fine. I wrote back asking when they will be delivered, no response. They are now out for delivery and sadly my mum is in hospital tomorrow. THE WORST COMMUNICATION. DO NOT USE.

Placed an order for £350 flower bouquet for valentines day 14th February, it is 8.30pm and it still hasn't arrived and no one picks up the phone. In addition the tracking app gives you absolutely no information what so ever! so you are sat there all day and all night with a vain hope that said flower bouquet arrives. Booked it on the 11th Feb at 11am and so plenty of time to sort the delivery. I would not recommend to anyone who is planning a special surprise.

I rang today being someone of a certain age and didn't have my details at hand it would have taken me less than a minute to get the details as they were on my desk. The man on the phone dismissed me out of hand and said go on line and order it. This company should not be used as they didn't ask if I had the use of the internet. I was so upset by his manner and left me wondering why he couldn't be more helpful and kind. How unkind is your response - you are clearly are not too busy to respond to my comments. I ordered a bouquet of flowers from here, a bouquet of flowers go delivered but it’s not what I ordered nor is it in their website; it’s size is much smaller and completely different. I would have never known except by chance the recipient sent photo and imagine my shock. The Flower Yard was quick to respond when I was ordering obviously but when I emailed them about the what was delivered there was absolutely no response. I left a review in Trust Pilot (this was nearly 3 years back when I ordered) and they reply on Trust Pilot asking me to contact them so I do and I get absolutely no response. I still haven’t forgotten about this .. they did deliver flowers but they are obviously a fraud. I can’t believe they are still trading.

Got the exotic arrangement delivered same day to belgravia. If what you’re looking for is same day then you can’t beat this! Havent found a florist who came through on their same day delivery except these guys. ‘INTENSELY CHOCOLATEY LUXURY TRUFFLES’ were a few lindors (£7) - made me chuckle though!

I paid extra for same day delivery at 11am. It arrived at 12pm the next day. I should refunded the £8 for same day. No one answered my 4/5 calls , or facebook messages. No answering machine When they arrived one of the bouquets is not what I ordered at all - a bunch of sunflowers worth £35 were substituted with something else. The first communication I get is an email “morning, you got an order number?“

I have recently become a Flower Yard groupie after receiving the most stunning bouquet for my anniversary on 1st July, where the roses grew and flourished well into their 3rd week! I have since made several orders of 3 small seasonal bouquets as gifts and a larger bouquet for a special friend’s birthday and I have to say, the quality has been outstanding. Thank you Flower Yard - my new go-to for all special flowers!

Ordered sunflowers, recipient got orchids. These guys didn't even bother to tell me that's what they were doing. They get 2 stars because they gave me a half my money back (after ignoring my emails, so I had to call them), but needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for a flower delivery next time.

I ordered birthday flowers (cheapest option) for someone then read the reviews and was very sceptic and nearly cancelled. I decided not to and the flowers arrived to them and was sent a pic of beautiful bunch of what I ordered and bunch does not look too small. The colours are slightly different but I think that's normal with flowers. Perhaps will be good if someone can answer the phone. Could be a lock down thing but happy overall.

Massively let down. This company claims to do same day delivery within London. Placed my order 5am for same day delivery for address well within M25. Emailed them to confirm delivery and they emailed be back saying the address was “outside their same day delivery are”. I have never had an issue with London delivery for this address before even for fresh cake! Absolutely gutted that they let me down delivering on a very special 40th birthday. There are no restrictions listed on their website of boundaries for the same day service. They took my money and let me down.

Called them just as the flowers had arrived informed them that some of the flowers where dieing and had the heads cut off. Said I would send pictures to which they agreed. Sent the pictures no reply no apology, nothing. You should be ashamed people will order flowers for not just happy but sad moments someone could have died, have cancer, died of covid and you can’t even have the decency to respond. Luckily not the case for me I just have to deal with the lack of common decency.

Absolutely awful service. My flowers were so disappointing and lasted just two days. Ben who did answer the phone was rude and unapologetic. This company needs to seriously look at how they operate. There are so many better options. The whole experience has left me traumatised and ruined my birthday surprise from my lovely daughter.

Yeah - same as all the other reviews. Ordered for guaranteed delivery before 12, didn’t arrive until 6pm. Couldn’t get hold of them on phone. After 3 emails I got an apology email saying their phone lines and internet had been down and received a refund for the delivery fee... flowers were different than advertised when they finally arrived .. feel conned

I ordered a bouquet for a birthday with same day delivery (ordered before 4pm). The bouquet was nice and well put together however, they should caveat that some greens are seasonal. The bouquet I ordered matched overall the one I saw on the picture but not exactly. Delivery was quick and arrived within 4 hours from ordering time. Customer service was kind and professional. I would recommend this service and would use it again.

Very unprofessional service, Ordered the flower before 4PM to have them delivered on the same day like they advertise. They did not delivered on that day a whole business day has passed and after a phone call with one of their operators who guaranteed me they will be delivered today.. still nothing . The only reason why I placed the order in the first place was for the same day delivered that they promised. They apparently can't deliver timely even in a future day... VERY frustrating

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE !!! I placed an order for a flower delivery for mine and my girlfriend's 1st anniversary. I chose The Flower Yard as they had sunflowers which is my girlfriend's favorite flowers. The delivery was very late and no one picked up to my multiple phone calls. However, the flowers did eventually arrive but they were not sunflowers. I was disappointed as you can imagine because the flowers they sent us was horrible and looked cheaper than the sunflowers I ordered. I still have not had any contact from you regarding my order, nor a refund. I think it is completely unacceptable to give a customer something different from what they ordered!!!!!!

Paid for a beautiful bunch of yellow flowers with eucalyptus based on the website for my husband's birthday. What arrived was different - ugly gerberas and daisies instead of tulips, no eucalyptus to be seen - and they've only lasted 2 days. My order did not arrive on the scheduled day despite me paying an excess charge to ensure that it did. No explanation or details were provided by The Flower Yard on the day as to why this had happened despite them having both mine and the recipients contact details. I had to ask for a refund twice before it was issued, both times by phoning as my emails were left unanswered. The Flower Yard's representative on the phone laughed when explaining how the delivery driver had not delivered the order. She seemed to find it amusing that they had let their customer down. The Flower Yard has provided the worst service I have encountered when ordering anything online. If you need a reliable service to deliver flowers for a special occasion I'd advise you take your business elsewhere.

Terrible service as per the other reviews here, just go somewhere else! Ordered a bouquet of flowers whilst away with work for the birthday of my partner - what eventually arrived were completely different - not one thing the same - a real beauty of an old lady bouquet. Paid £16 for delivery. Courier calls to check address but is much later than he said, leaving my partner late for her arrangements and the flowers on the doorstep without calling (he was "in a rush" you see) Upon contacting 'The Flower Yard' they stand up for their delivery service blindly, accusing me of being at fault with a completely false timeline of events and refusing any kind of refund for the wrong flowers or the terrible delivery service. To top it off, replies from 'The Flower Yard' as condescending as they were inaccurate. Definitely buy from here if you want something completely different from what you ordered (something so kitsch even your Nan would turn it down) and a delivery service so incompetent you feel like tearing your hair out, and perfect for any of those wanting 'customer service' that leaves you feeling like you've been shafted down an alley and then laughed at by a punch of belittling snobs. Happy Bithday my love!

Possibly the worst customer experience ever. Ordered flowers for our anniversary to be delivered on Sat 8th Feb 2020. Called to find out where the flowers were, the woman who answered the phone said she will find out and call me back. Didn't hear anything back! Received a notification from DPD that the flowers were with them for delivery for Monday 10th instead! Literally just got another notification from DPD saying the flowers were disposed of!! Not only did I pay £56 for flowers that didn't arrive, I have had zero contact from Flower Yard regarding my order! Complete bunch of useless cowboys! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!
