This florist is very nice. I sent Tulip Fancy to my friend for her birthday. It was such a beautiful and she was glad to got it. Staffs responded my inquiry so quickly and nicely. I’ll buy flowers again if I need it again. Thanks a lot and sorry my poor English.

I wish a could write a brief review but it looks more of a short story. We ordered a deluxe pot of lily of the valleys for our office. Unfortunately, the flowers arrived in an eccentric looking bucket which we could not possibly display in our meeting room. The shop refused to replace the order or to take it back. They admitted that the picture on the website suggested a different pot but the shop has the right to choose any pot they have in stock. They offered us a 30 pounds credit for our next order. It happened so that it was our colleague’s birthday in a week. We placed an order for a bouquet and paid for a scheduled delivery on a particular day and time which was to take place in six days. Imagine my surprise when the courier put the flowers on my table three hours later. The courier refused to wait until I call the shop to find out what had happened. Moreover, the flowers were not fresh. The manager, his name is Stan, was exceptionally impolite. I asked him to collect the flowers and to do a refund. He promised to arrange a collection for the following day but he refused to cancel the order and explained that a new bouquet will arrive in six days. He also denied the fact that the flowers were not fresh. Please find the pictures attached. What do you think? What happened next: The courier never came for the flowers and they faded in the corner. The courier brought a new bouquet in six days but there was no point in it as we ordered a different bouquet elsewhere as we did not trust Moyses Stevens Flowers anymore. And my colleague saw their flowers in advance anyway as our office is quite small and there was no way that we could hide the flowers. As a result, we spent twice as much money and I experienced a most impolite treatment from the shop staff. P.S.: When I was throwing away the lily of the valleys, I discovered a huge plastic bag in the soil. Apparently, they put it there to fill up the space and save up on the soil.

Lovely flowers and champagne sent as a housewarming gift, unfortunately no-one was home the day of delivery (to first floor flat). The items were just left at the door as the recipients were not home; anyone could have picked them up and walked off. I am grateful they were still there the following day. As a safety measure these items should be signed for on delivery.

Absolutely disappointed, I have ordered a flower arrangement from the website, gave the exact name of the arrangement in the end the flowers where not as described on the picture at all. I paid £170 for a bouquet of flowers like from a supermarket and the delivery was later than confirmed. Won’t recommend this place. Terrible. Can’t wait to put the complaint down after the Xmas holidays it really put me down.

I paid for a very large bouquet to be delivered to my mother in London on her 85th birthday in the morning before noon. The courier arrived around 1.15pm, and I had already had a rather embarrassing phone call with my mum around 1pm. When I called head office, the woman I spoke to was polite and efficient, but no apology was forthcoming for the delay, neither did she offer to reimburse me for the extra cost of a morning delivery...until I asked for it! Had I not called my mum, I would have been none the wiser, and company would have pocketed the difference. Very poor customer service. I am leaving my review here, because I noted that the company has not responded to negative reviews on TrustPilot for over a year. About to call my mum again to check about the quality of the flowers...

The best bouquet ever! Such quality and the combinations are beautiful. The box, the down the the letter presenting the personalised message was all very impressive for a very reasonable price. Super quick delivery too. The flowers were for the birth of my new neice but they were kept in hospital for a week... So they weren't quite so fresh in the end! Wish we could afford another one! Maybe next time...

Ordered some birthday flowers on line. The good news is they were beautiful - the bad news is they were delivered to the wrong address - and I don't just mean next door. They were delivered to Archery Close not Archery Steps. Despite the fact that MS had the exact address correctly noted on the order they were delivered to somewhere completely different. Very disappointing.

Superb service... Recipient had been taken to hospital so nobody was home to receive flowers... so called company and Dan who took the call was very sympathetic, and a lovely bouquet was re-delivered the next morning. Highly recommend.

not what it looked like - of course you know sometimes they have to substitute flowers; but the substitutions were so impactful that I may as well have ordered a different bouquet. Moyses Stevens are good florists, but not (at least not yet) good on-line retailers. If the bouquet was going to be so different I would liked the chance to choose whether to go ahead of not, and wasn't given that option.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU. NEVER EVER order anything with Moyses, unless you want to be ripped off and your order ruined. EACH time I have they have completely messed it up, either by incompetence or by deliberate deception. 1st time I ordered over the phone. I paid for a pot of white roses to be delivered to someone and they sent a pot of Chrysanthemums instead, WITHOUT TELLING ME, which was so deceptive as roses are worth much more, so I got ripped off by about £50. 2nd time I ordered, I actually went in to the Sloane Square shop to physically choose the bouquet to make sure I wouldn't get ripped off. I chose a bouquet of white roses and some other white flowers for a bereavement. I was FURIOUS to discover that the bouquet they had sent was made up of the most garish orange and red flowers. Completely inappropriate for a grieving mother. I was mortified. Again, Moyses made no attempt to contact me. 3rd time I ordered two bouquets online. This was just too much for Moyses to manage. They sent both bouquets to one person WITHOUT TELLING ME. I paid an extra £8 for a next day delivery so they could resend one bouquet to the birthday girl on her birthday. Shock horror. They failed to send it. Thus missing her birthday. Three days later she is still waiting for her birthday bouquet. Each time I have only found out about their scams because the recipients have sent me photos of the flowers they have received. Who knows how many more people they have ripped off without their knowledge?

They didn't send what I ordered !! I've ordered cascade orchids and they sent out a regular orchid and didn't refund the difference. I'm very disappointed and I want my change refunded in my card.

Ordered a large bouquet paying £100 for the arrangement. What arrived was near half of what was specified on their website (less than 20 stems, should have 37). What’s worse, flowers arrived lifeless and limp, packaging disheveled. Despite 4 calls to customer service complaint and asking for someone to collect the order and issue a refund neither have happened. Will not be using this company again and suggest others do likewise. Plenty of other companies who deserve to be in business out there.

I've seen some not so good reviews, but can not say why. I can honestly say, it took two hours or so to order and deliver. The flowers were not exactly to picture, but better. My mother was happy and that was the main thing.

I ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance to be delivered to my mother in law on her 90th birthday. When ordering, I checked and double checked the name and address of the recipient, explaining it was for a special occasion .i gave my tel no in case of problems even thou I knew I would be on a plane flying back from India. Imagine my horror when I discovered that the flowers were never delivered! I telephone Moyses Stevens the next morning who called back and admitted that the flowers were sent to the wrong address. The manager hardly apologized for her mistake. She was quite brusque and seemed unconcerned. She offered me a refund - she had no choice! I would rather have had the flowers delivered correctly on the day. I will never order from them again and will do my best to spread the word about their unreliability.

Possibly the worst customer experience in London! Flowers were less than half the size specified on the website, were dumped at the door without ad much as a knock and were limp and lifeless and disheveled. After numerous calls to customer service have had zero response to address or attempt to rectify the problem. Avoid this company.

I received a very bad quality bouquet of peonies and Moyses Stevens refused to give me a refund or discount despite the fact that I provided photographic evidence of the sub-par flowers. You'd think that you get good customer service when you're paying this much. What a waste of money! Never again.

Been in the store a few times but, never will return. Rude store owner/ employee with an abrupt and impatient character. Comes across fake up front. People say its all about the flowers but, what about the horrible customer service that comes with it? Not to mention, that some flowers on display not all, some are in terrible condition and you think its ok to put it on display and sell it to customers? I don't get very good impressions of the store and employees.As a customer i want to take my time and decide what is best for me but, i get the impression that i'm a waste of space and a picky customer when i spend longer than 10mins there.

I wanted to thank the team of the Moyses Stevens Chelsea for a great service provided on March 8th 2016. I called out of Canada for bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on her b-day. I received a thank you note from her with the photo of the bouquet. It was beautiful, made out of fresh beautiful flowers in the color pallet I requested. Failed to deliver flowers on mothers day despite taking a premium charge and assuring on the phone they would deliver on time. Have subsequently ignored my requests for a refund. Appalling customer service. Only giving 1 star as can't give zero!
