I made an order at Floom.com and loved the flower choice at PM Flowers. Everything looks gorgeous on photos but in reality the bouquet didn't match. The wrapping paper is different and they put lots of green stuff instead of flowers I ordered for birthday.

friendly people pick up a bunch of flowers for Mothers day it was well packed in a lovely boxed it had water at the bottom the day after decided to take them out to put in a vas and notice and they couldn't stand up all hanging like they are dead! i thought the price I paid I was getting some decent flowers but i should have gone to my local much cheaper and would have lasted a long time sorry to say but i wont be going back there.....

The Aurelia bouquet for my uncle’s 80th birthday arrived today, and he says it’s magnificent! Also, amazing service by Sean when the delivery was unavoidably delayed by a Covid lockdown meaning no fresh flowers. Sean promptly offered to either refund me or provide a potted orchid instead at no additional cost, to ensure the order arrived on the big day.
I preferred to wait a few days until the restrictions eased so my uncle could get his birthday bouquet. Sean accommodated that and provided a great bouquet. Also, the website was extremely easy to use. Thanks for making my uncle’s 80th special, Sean.

I decided to support our local flower shop as the shop itself had always looked so amazing from passing by. Originally I wouldn't normally spend over 20 pounds on flowers per week but as it was my girlfriends birthday, I wanted to surprise her with nicer bunch of flowers to normal. I made my choice and put in order. They arrived in an amazing condition and we transfered the flowers into a vase. The price itself was quite affortable at £39 so my only disappointment was that the flowers themselves only lasted 5-6 days. I guess with being at work it felt like we only had a day or two to fully appreciate having them. In the house and then it seemed fairly sudden that the condition wasn't good enough to keep any longer. Just felt a bit disappointed and wanted to offer my concern over buying from here again in the future. All in all, I think this place would normally deserve 5 stars if it is something you can afford and depending how long they normally last.

The staff was super kind and helped me prepare a beautiful bouquet for my friend’s birthday and she loved it! I also bought some homemade marshmallows they were selling in the store that tasted amazing. Will definitely go back whenever i need another one :)

i received my flowers look nothing like they do in the pictures, roses half dead, for the price of over 100 pounds to receive such poor flowers, so disappointing and embarrassing even to give to someone as a gift. my first time using PM flowers and my last, you can get better flowers at MnS and for a lot cheaper. do not waste your money.

My dad wanted to send me flowers for st Valentine's day to surprise me from Italy, but the driver couldn't find my address (Camden) and after 30 minutes on the phone of me trying to explain how to get there, she basically told me to go and get my flowers in the shop in 1 hour. As I get there the two sales assistant, without even apologising, give me the flowers and went back to do whatever they were doing. Worst experience.
