Paul - in the men's suit department was incredibly helpful in helping us decide which suit for my husband and our civil wedding ceremony. He advised us on the different options to choose from and taught us about the different quality and elements of the suit ranges. We finally picked a piece we were happy with, thanks to Paul's level of service and kind manner. Thanks Paul for looking after us!

I gave this store 5 stars but unfortunately i have to change that to 1 now and i will explain exactly why. I bought a suit from them for my wedding and spent £1,200 on it but i am very disappointed with the suit. I placed the suit as it is in its bag in my room and left it there, a week later i go to try it on before my wedding just to make sure everything is perfect but i was hit in the face with a surprise!! The suit was creased left right and centre and here i am thinking these hugo boss ‘top quality’ expensive suits dont crease like i was told they dont crease. Now i have to spend extra money on top of what i already spent and get it to the dry cleaners before my wedding day which is very soon. I am very very disappointed i must say. Luckily i checked before my my wedding day so i have enough time to get it sorted. These big brands need to sort themselves out and actually make good quality suits and not lie to their customers.

I first went to the store in March in the search of my wedding suit. I was assisted by Hua who was extremely helpful and professional and offered great advice. I then went back after lockdown and was again assisted by Hua, who provided an excellent customer service. I ended up buying two suits which will be tailored and ready in less than a week. Very happy with my purchase and great customer experience.

Very helpful staff and the quality is fantastic . Came in with a baby in a buggy and they offered water and didn’t mind at all me sitting there and feeding either, while my husband was trying his suit on.

Amazing customer service from a female member of staff, who I regret I did not get her name. She did say that she had been there about a month and a half. Went into today after a few terrible episodes of very poor customer service from other stores, was made to feel welcome, advised on not only styles but also what compliments certain styles, shape etc. Felt that our custom was welcomed. Did not buy there and then but since arriving home have purchased online through the advice received from said member of staff. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly team. I would especially like to commend the prompt service provided by Jasmina for his professionalism, superlative and efficient skills. My husband and I left the shop with a great mood after the service we received. Both of them Jasmina and the manager Aleksandra were absolutely brillant and it was a pure pleasure to shop and Great fun at the same time. Not cheap, but they definitely go more than one extra mile with their customer service AND have clothes that haven't been shoddily made in China for "one sack fits all".
The girl I spoke to gave some first class advice on what to where and combinations - all stuff I know nothing about. Strongly recommend them.

Very poor quality suits and bad customer service. Having worn several Hugo Boss suits for work (office job) I can say that the Hugo Boss suits are very poor quality and not durable at all. The shop assistants in this shop will also go to great lengths to lie about the “quality” of the suits but they are just looking for a commission. BEWARE. I am now buying my suits from Suit Supply as this shop (and brand) does not deserve my custom!

Really poor service. I was judged based on what I was wearing and my appreance. Despite me asking for Coats and Jackets, sales person was not helpful in any way got a feeling that he hates his job and doesn't care. Left this branch and walked to Regent Street barnch... Amazing staff was not judgned by my appearance, ened up buying 2 coats a belt and 2 suits.

My shirt had gotten a random tear and without any problems they reimbursed me for it the next time I came by to shop there. Since its one of my favourite shops in London I would have come back anyways, but this sure helped me realize how good and services minded they are in this high end shop!

Absolutely brilliant service from Vinicci today. Went in to pick up a pair of trousers I’d reserved and fell in love with a jacket as well. Both needed altering but I was due on a flight this evening. Their usual tailor was unavailable so Vinicci found one who could do the alterations by 2:30pm and both delivered and collected them himself. Had a text when they were ready. So pleased, will definitely be visiting Vinicci again, all the staff I met were super. Thank you.

I went here to pick up my Boss experience, but unfortunately they don't have any and staff weren't very helpful in telling me where I could actually get it, I have tried several Boss stores now and not one store has them in stock, which is slightly annoying because if they don't have them in stock why are they sending vouchers to customers??
