My partner and I visited the shop last week to buy our first Paramo jackets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were so knowledgeable and wanted to make sure you got what was best for you. Really enjoyed whole experience and loving our jackets. Can't recommend enough.

thought I'd treat myself to the dog's bolloks waterproof jacket for my birthday in a few months. upon entering the shop, staff immediately acknowledge me, and asked what I had in mind. I have looked at the company website, so I had a good idea what jacket I wanted. I tried on a couple and ended up buying the original jacket I wanted. I was in the shop for less than twenty minutes!

I travelled a long way to visit the London Paramo store, and it more than lived up to my expectations. The two staff were very well informed and relaxed, they let me try on everything I wanted to look at and answered all of my questions patiently, as well as engaging with my little boy I had dragged along with me. Having bought Paramo online before, it was such a treat to see it all up close, feel the fabric, try the zips and generally geek out about it. I felt relaxed making the purchase knowing I had bought the right size and fit. Looking forward to my next visit.

Right, I have to be honest here that I am a fan of Paramo clothing. However, I cannot thank the staff of the shop enough for being so friendly and helpful during my recent visit to London. It was my first visit to the store since it moved and I was most impressed. One problem though, I might have got away without buying anything this time but when I return to London in February, I will be buying a jacket!

If you like Paramo gear then this shop is worth a visit. Sizing varies across products and so trying on is a necessity. The staff are knowledgable and have helpful advice on fit and usage.

I became a fan of Paramo over 10 years ago. Their clothing although expensive is built to last and their guarantee is excellent. This store has almost all their range of clothing allowing you to compare and try before buying.

Have use the Covent Garden store a few time and please to say the new store in Marylebone is brilliant and still offers the same great service. Update: visited again (April 2017) and again brilliant service. Got there as little before closing. They didn't have my size of a product but will post it out when it arrives and without asking gave me 50% off some nikwax basefresh I wanted to buy for the wasted journey.
