Went there because of the upto 70% sale and was not disappointed. Staff were knowledgable and helpful. Merchandise assortment was good and although not comparable to North face but value for money. Have already recommended to friends to get their ski holiday shopping done from here.

I have visited several branches in london but this one had stuff that are not helpful at all and they just wanted to sophisticate every datail unlike other branches such as in covent garden and tottenham court they are very energetic and helpful....i will never visit this branch again

Provide faulty goods and fail to replace them. Company isn't living up to their claims so technically operating illegally. My partner brought a down jacket that has fallen to bits and they're refused to refund. Terrible customer service. Expect that this company will go out of business soon

We loved coming to the store to find bargains on convertible or zip-away or tear-away pants whatever they call it. I was so glad to find them at good prices that i bought 5 pairs i think. Strangely though, they only had 1 changing room. Odd in my opinion!
