Ordered 2 chairs both arrived promptly, unfortunately the box and 1 chair were damaged. Spoke to Dean who was brilliant, he apologised, stated he would send a replacement and collect the damaged item. Within 48 hours all sorted. First class customer service and products exactly as required. Will shop again. Thank you

Another Aladdins cave need anything Camping look no further get yourself up to Camping International They got it all. I pop in for a Storage tent come out with a Lovely 2 burner stove with their offer of 4 Gaz bottles a Nice griddle and of course a good size Storage tent best one I have seen on the market.
Staff were on the ball from the front counter to the Awning Men up in the Heavens . Highly Recommended

My sister and i went here to look for tents as we were 1st timers buyers. The shop is good for ideas what you need to start up. But i did say that we didn't have no one ask us if they can help we had to find someone, but when we did they were very helpful

Great store for all your camping and caravanning needs. Great selection of trailer tents, tents and awning. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Good quality products, took an item back due to it not working properly and they exchanged without any quibble. Most things are good value for money and good quality. Parking is just round the corner from the store and can get filled up quickly at weekends, never had to wait too long for a space to become available though.

A camping shop as it should be. The place is well laid out and easy to get around in these difficult times. Prices are good as is the selection of goods. I like the fact that they stock mid to top end equipment but the prices don't reflect that. Another bonus is the staff leave you alone to browse they don't jump on you the moment you walk through the door or continually hunt you down to offer help. Shopping as it should be.

Great staff and huge variety of camping equipment! This is a great shop to visit for all camping gear. The staff are friendly and really know the product ranges so are spot on with their advice. Most items are out on display so you can see them properly before you buy, including the tents! There is a huge tent and awning showroom upstairs as well as the main shop floor downstairs. All the gear is really competitively priced too, so its a win-win!

Wow what a place, like an Aladdin cave of camping accessories. Found the prices very good, we had to buy a porta loo and the price was the best we found. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. it's a shame they are so far away for us, but you can order online with delivery.Great shop????????????

OUTSTANDING!!!! I have been blown away by the excellent customer service at this store. WE bought a tent on line in their end of season sale. When we erected it 9 months later for the first time and had problems, they immediately took action, contacting the tent manufacturer and issuing us with a replacement. No arguments, no quibbles, very sympathetic and they went out of their way to ensure our new tent reached us quickly for our next trip. I wholly recommend this store- what a breath of fresh air.

Fantastic! One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Prices are very competitive and this company is run on integrity. A shining example of how high Street retailers can compete with the online boys, this shop has excellent stock levels and prices that were actually lower than ebay and Amazon!
In the past this shop did have an issue with staff having a slightly challenging attitude towards their customers, but today was a joy. Every member of staff i met was friendly and cheerful, i bought everything I went to buy and was in and out in minutes.

Visited Camping International in Gillingham to-day to view the Pennine Pathfinder folding camper and are we glad we did met by Terry we were shown models they had in stock and demonstrated the way they build up and fold down. Nothing was too much trouble and we were left to walk round on our own looking and playing with Terry not far away for any advice and help. When we decided to go for gold and buy a new one with extras the deal we were given was so good I’ve had to go over and over the invoice again to check that it was correct. The whole experience was really good and I have no hesitation in recommending both Terry and Camping International for any camping purchases. The coffee is pretty good too.
Thanks Terry look forward to our next visit to collect the unit.

Similar experience to previous reviewers - My first ever experience with the company - Thanks to Dean in the Online Sales Team. Quick, professional responses whilst others could not be bothered with my online enquiries for more detail on differences between models before purchase. Refreshing to get such quick replies and updates from an Online Retailer - Plus competitive pricing on a product in short supply whilst their (short-sighted) Competitors price gouge it trying to take advantage of customers during the period of poor availability.
Will definitely use Camping Intl again and will recommend to friends and family near and far based on my positive experience with them.

Brenda is brilliant
I purchased a Kampa MADDIE wardrobe and in assembling it, the bag had not been stitched properly. Due to current restrictions I didn't want to have to travel to the store (over an hour away) so called to see how I might be able to sort out a replacement.
Brenda was so super helpful and was able to sort out a replacement within 10 minutes.
Thanks so much and look forward to using the wardrobe on our first trip next year.

Terry is such a star.
we visited initially in July to look at the OPUS Full Monty tent we saw before Lockdown at a show at NEC. Terry was so knowledgable and due to the great relationship he has with OPUS was able to help us customise our final configuration with our budget in mind.
Three months later we collected our tent and he invested a tremendous amount of time showing us the ropes and making sure we felt comfortable with all the features.
The saddest part is that we'll need to wait until next April before we can take it away for the first time but I know we will be back to Camping International and have no hesitation in recommending Terry and the team there.

Ordered an assortment of cleaning and toilet chemicals for my new motor caravan via internet - delivered in Northern England ahead of schedule two working days later at unbeatable prices - even including the carriage. Not wonderfully well packed (sealed plastic bottles rattling around loose in a largish cardboard box) but arrived intact, so no complaints.

What a store by far the best and one of the cheapest camping stores around I've been to them all the staff are very friendly and helpful you can buy all your camping equipment from here i found the tents upstairs were comfortable to walk around which gives you a proper feel so you should be able get the right tent for you
