Amazing service I have purchased two folding campers from Terry over the years and his customer service is brilliant. All the staff are friendly and willing help. Jonathan was great he did an amazing job giving us tea and coffee. Jonathan also help Terry with demonstrating our new camper. I would recommend going here to get all your camping accessories. Fantastic customer service from initial visit to the branch through to driving away a new pathfinder. The store has a wide variety of products and the staff are very helpful. For understandable reasons, I was sent the wrong item. So far. so bad, but their response (and anybody can make a mistake, it's how you rectify it that counts) was immediate, strong and effective. Helen was excellent in dealing with my frustration and irritation. I'd certainly shop here again.

We purchased an Sun camp Ultima Air Lite 390 awning from the caravan show in Feburary. We were incredibly impressed with the service we received at the show and the speed of delivery on our return home. We have just returned from our third trip of using the awning and had to contact customer services as one of the bladders had a hole in the seam. They immediately told us that it was covered under warranty and asked for the invoice number. They emailed Sun camp & they are sending a replacement bladder out to us. Fabulous service thank you so much really appreciate your first class very efficient customer service.

Good if you want a family tent, but if your looking for a small 2/3 man tent not much to choose from. Friendly staff and slightly cheaper than go outdoors.

Simply brilliant, always extremely helpful, the staff are top draw and know their stuff. Good old fashioned honest approach to shop keeping, I have purchased 2 very expensive tents from Camping int (plus a hose of other bits and bobs) and on each occasion the advise has been brilliant. Also the prices are great, with no discount card or gimmicks.

Bought a sleeping bag for my daughter's D of E expedition using mail order service. Very pleased with product, price and speed of delivery but as a signature is needed by the courier, it would be useful to be able to track the parcel to make sure someone is at home when it arrives . No estimated delivery date is given when on-line order is completed and confirmed. Please improve this part of your service.

Purchased a Pennine Pullman 535 today. The unit was fully serviced and thoroughly checked before purchase, The staff and mainly Terry were excellent throughout. On collection we were given an excellent demonstration and handover. All of our queries were answered and good advise given throughout. We were very impressed with our experience at Camping International and are now looking forward to using the folding camper. We purchased all of the ancillaries needed on site as well.

7 or 8 years ago we bought a folding camper off Terry and his service was fantastic. Sadly we sold it a few years later via Terry and he did us proud. Today we bought another one from Terry and again he has been fantastic. I can not recommend Camping International and particularly Terry Dallas enough and can’t wait to collect our camper and make some more amazing family memories. Thank you Terry

Fantastic selection of products covering everything from camping gear including accessories, clothing, tents, cooking equipment, seating and caravanning equipment such as small appliances and even trailer tents. A great place to visit first before all the others due to the reasonable prices and great deals on offer. Overall i would recommend Camping International.

Collected our new Pennine Countryman 20th Jan that we ordered from the Camping show in October (it was our request to hold delivery until Jan). Terry greeted us with a cup of coffee and explained all the features. It was nice to actually be able see and erect the unit indoors before driving away. We also bought new camping items which Terry kindly packed into the camper and fitting of number plate (made on site). would thoroughly recommend Camping International as all staff were helpful and not at all pushy with sales.

I've first been there year's ago and every time I go there they seem to get better but need to go back to when you could Cook In tent In stead off outside the tent's as they are made of Nikon which can chach fire or melt ??

Just like to thank Terry for the service he provided us when we purchased a Conway Crusader Folding Camper this December.
Through out the process Terry was so helpful and its clear he has a love for the job and the folding campers he sells.
Helpful though out the process and a full of knowledge about the Pennine product range.
We were really happy with our deal and no other seller could match what Terry offered us, even got a nice cup of coffee on our visits.
When we picked up our folding camper this Sunday , Terry and his able assist Nathan provided us a two hour demo and hand over even helping us when we discovered we had the wrong tow ball attachment !
We feel he went above and beyond what you would ask of a dealer and a credit to Camping International, a complete Gent!

We went here at the weekend looking for a family festival tent. Lovely big shop with such a good selection of tents and camping gear. We were especially surprised at how competitive the prices were, especially compared to a local larger competitor.
The only reason I have not giving five stars is that I did not feel the staff interacted enough. I expected a "can I help you?" But sadly we did not have any offer of help (which was needed for us first time campers).

Camping international was recommended to us by a work colleague so we decided to travel down from Milton Keynes to take a look. It’s probably the best camping and caravaning shop I have ever been to. It’s well equipped with everything from awnings right the way through to kitchen accessories and everything in between. Unbeatable prices, friendly staff who are knowledgable and a dedicated car park.

You can't beat this mega store for all your camping needs. Stay away from "Go Outdoors" and use this place instead. Staff know their stuff and are happy to help. If this place doesn't stock what you need then you don't need it.
