Good choice of tents etc and we were not pressured buy anyone to buy anything. We had to drag the pram up and down stairs though so not sure what you would do with a wheelchair.

I had a small issue with a vango awning and alesha upstairs in awnings was very helpful in getting it sent back to vango! Also very quick turnaround on a new awning! Very pleased with the service at camping international.

We met Terry Dallas on the Pennine Leisure stand at the NEC camping show last year and he was incredibly informative and patient with us as we took our time deciding on a 2019 Pennine/Conway Countryman Folding Camper - this was a big investment but we know we made the right choice for our family. Handmade to order in Great Britain, these are an incredibly well-built and brilliantly practical camping product, especially for anyone looking for a more solid tent upgrade or a cost-effective/fuel efficient alternative to a campervan or small caravan... Fast forward a few months and yesterday we drove down to Camping International to finally collect our camper! The service from Terry from the start has been superb - his knowledge is endless and he took the time over a nice cup of tea to go through every aspect of putting up and maintaining our new camper with hands-on demonstrations. He helped us with all the required accessories without pushing us into buying things we didn't need, and the shop has everything you can think of at very competitive prices. Terry answered all our beginner questions and I know if we have any issues in the future we can call him for advice. We're now looking forward to 20+ years of fun family holidays in our folding camper! You really can't go wrong with Terry and Camping International!
