Incredibly rude staff at this particular store - the store manager yelled at me for 5 minutes for having tried on a jacket. She shouted that their COVID policy didn’t allow that after another member of staff clearly told me that while fitting rooms are closed, they encourage customers to try on tops and jackets. Stay away from this store!

Rude store manager who has no idea how treat her clients. Insulting attitude - managed to chase us away in about 5 minutes. Large stock of items but even for a bargain could not tolerate being shouted at by the store manager. Stay away!

Giving 0 star review because there are many reasons but for example :Closing store earlier than displaying and when questioned the staff they were careless to give reasonable response. Almost impossible to have refund once u buy the product even though you are entitled to get. Good brand but people are low morale for work. May be company needs to look after them to inspire for better performance.

Love the chain. Hate this store. First they ask my partner to leave as he is trying on jackets (as they close in 5 min) without finishing his purchase and today they start serving someone else over me while half of my items are on the till. And wait for it...then call the next person instead of finishing with me. So unpleasant, I was forced to abandon my purchase much like my partner did. It's like they really don't want to take any money.

Very very rude staffs. Didn’t want to help at all. Start throwing people out half an hour before it’s closing time in an absolute horrible manner. From the second we walked in, they gave us bad looks and tried to push us out. I watched them treating a few other customers walked in later than us like they were insects, we didn’t dare to spend other minute just gave up and left. You might as well just change your information of closing time to 5:30, that’s going to help confuse people less. Every other store close door actually on time, this is the first place I’ve come across that count in all the staffs tidy up time etc into it to make sure all staffs leave store at 6pm, hence why they had to chase customers out half an hour early. And let’s say that’s all reasonable, did you really have to ask customers leave in a rude way? Why not just be honest and say you need to leave at 6 so the actual leaving time for customers is 5.30? Instead of saying you close at 6 and use attitude to scare customers out by 5.30.

I am into lightweight hiking, moving far and fast. Typically I would pass by this sort of shop as the kit I need if very expensive and technical. I was mildly supprised to find a few decent bits of kit. Most of their stuff is unremarkable but would definitely keep you warm and dry. The prices are incredibly low considering the quality of their products. I was quite taken by their sleeping bags which were good value for money. In this sport you pay silly money for lightweight, flimsy kit. MW's stuff is solid and reasonably priced, ideal if you are starting out in this sport.

OK! Everything is at huge discounts so you really do have to wonder if the RRP prices were ever really charged at all. Feels just a bit of an outlet with OK pricing really. Not the best place.

First time in this area, and the Manager (I think he was), was super helpful and obliging. By contrast, went in to their Angel store and the staff member totally ignored me whilst she continued texting her friends. Left immediately and will be going back to the Fulham store this afternoon for the extras I need.

I always like this particular branch of Mountain Warehouse. The staff are very polite and helpful and have a nice engaging way about them without being pushy. I like the products as well. I know some people only by brand name gear when it comes to hiking equipment but I quite like to have something that isn't North Face or Berghaus for a change. Nice variety of clothing and gear and good customer experience. Well done to the staff at the Fulham branch of Mountain Warehouse. They are a credit to the company.
