For me a female clothing store leaves me cold.however my daughter thought she died and gone to heaven when we went into this new look. It was across two floors with an escalator at one end and staircase at the other. As a large store it carried a much wider range than some of new looks smaller stores. everything was clean and tidy and the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Very rude and grumpy member of staff i went to the till to pay and she didn’t even say hi or smile at all which was quite strange and unbelievable for a new look staff to be with attitude and being so unfriendly, never go to buy anything from this branch ever again
