The managers and staff at this store can't manage the queue, opening more tills when needed. This is not a one off rant, the queue at this Tesco's petrol station is always long with too few staff on the tills. I'm not a fan of self-service tills but they do mean you can have fewer humans interacting with customers, but as you don't have any in this busy store it means, Tesco, you have to man the tills with staff. Today the queue was all the way up the middle isle and then half way down the beer one - there must have been 15 people in the queue with two oblivious staff serving. You're losing money, people were walking out, including myself.

Times are hard..felt abused after being told I couldn't get more than anyone else even though I explained I do one shop for a client that needs to last 7 days..after the manager was called he obviously saw sense but the brainless piano mover who served me still had a little dig at the end ...shameful abuse of someone whose trying to do a job

Be very careful with any petrol money off voucher'. After filling my car up and presenting my Tesco card and voucher which was in date I was told that it could not be exchanged at this station and I would have to travel to Worthing some 15 mile away.
I paid cut my Tesco card up and vowed never to shop there again.
Roll on Sainsbury's and nector.

Bikers avoid - removal of helmets before pump is enabled policy in place. No signs to make it obvious apart from being told over the speakers. INSTALL PAY AT PUMP OR MAKE IT OBVIOUS TO CUSTOMERS BEFOREHAND, I refuse to place an item of safety on a dirty fuel covered forecourt. I will be spreading the word to avoid this station.
