A must-see place even if you don't buy anything - it still has that unique atmosphere of the Victorian England. But they still do amazing umbrellas too. Pricey, but they last for ages, which is no wonder because they're done right there in Holborn and not somewhere in China.
Overall, a highly recommended place!

Showed me everything I needed to know abt umbrellas but I had to ask questions because they don't seem to talk unless you ask. Maybe it was how I was dressed but also they didn't mention the tax refund paper(don't forget to ask for it because they don't seem to mention it either, coulda saved 20£). Even tho I told them I was going to Canada with it. It's a solid umbrella. Very beautiful. But service is ok.... it's average

Probably one of the raddest stores I have ever been in. I live in Southern California and don't have a huge need for umbrellas most of the time. However when I saw this store, I wanted nothing more than a new umbrella and had a ton to choose from. When your current umbrella breaks, flush the remains down the toilet and head to London for a real one. No regrets!

We purchased a nice modern UV umbrella and a full wood mens umbrella. Once the clerk realized we werent just goofing off they were very nice. Im sure they get a lot of browsers but this was going to be our splurge. Very happy with the build of the umbrella. I didnt realize they actually cut them based on your height and its done within a matter of minutes in the shop below. Yes its expensive but I dont expect to have to purchase another umbrella for quite some time. And it looks great.
