I cannot fault the service which Michael Kors staff have provided during lock down. They are amazing and so polite. The staff say hello and leave you to browse the store which for me is great as there is no pressure to make a purchase. I have called the store and I have placed my order over the phone with free DHL delivery.

Pleasant and lovely experience at this MK store when I was in Covent Garden last week on a short holiday. Was greeted by Joao while looking at handbags. He patiently helped me choose and select a handbag that I eventually bought! :) definitely recommend this MK outlet for their friendly and pleasant customer service.

Absolutely awful service in that store. After arrival, nobody approached me and ignored me for over 5 minutes. I had to ask for the attention. I have spoken to 3 ladies which none of them understand English and doesn’t have a knowledge about the Michael Kors products. Going to such a good brand department would expect better customer service.

Awful, terrible and unacceptable service!! My husband went on Wednesday 26th of September to buy a present for a relative, he was approached by a very rude staff. This lady was extremealy rude to him, the way she spoke to him was discriminating, it looked like she did not want my husband to be in the shop, her attitude was opposite to welcoming and did not help at all. My husband had to go to another branch where he bought a bag. Find another branch!! Avoid coming to this shop!

My partner bought me a Michael Kors watch for Xmas three years ago. When it needed a new battery he took it into your store and was told you would not replace the battery without a receipt. Clearly it was one of your products and we would have paid for a new battery. So I am dumbfounded as to why you are happy to have your brand sold in other jewellers but can't replace a battery in your own! This is terrible customer service and I am very disappointed. Had I received better service I would definitely continue to purchase Michael Kors products but now I'm not so sure. Feeling very annoyed.

This store is great and everyone is very friendly. I went to exchange a faulty handbag and the manager was very helpful in the process. The staff showed me a different handbag which is gorgeous.

Horrible customer service and they don't even know their procedures. They rather shout at you in front of other customers and intimidate when they think you're wrong but the staff members didn't know the procedures, after calling head office they realised I was right, no apology received for horrible behaviour. Even if I was wrong- there would have been no excuse for such behaviour. Unknowledgeable and rude staff - avoid this store and make your purchases elsewhere .

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I went there just to buy a tote just to have one from another country (kind of like a gorgeous saffiano leather souvenir and the ladies in the store just stood there tittering. Needless to say I left annoyed and empty handed after about 3-4 minutes trying to get there attention.

Had to call 3 times and no answer. I have a Michael Kors watch and they can not fix it without proof. Watch was a birtbday present so I expected a bit more from them judging the fact my watch is a Micheal kors watch. Disapointed in them..

called the store around 11.30am 5/12/14 enquiring if they done mail order from the shop? was told yes GREAT then described the boots I wanted for my other half! was told yes they were in stock! emailed received when I got home filled in, another email with payment links arrived! paid!
boots arrived today 10am! AMAZING service cant thank them enough! no grief from her indoors over not getting her wellingtons!!!!!!!!!!!
