Awful experience. I have skin problems and I wasn’t allowed by the security to go in even though I explained why I can’t use their hand sanitizer.
I have seen another lady with the same problem leaving a review here and some how ,I can’t see it anymore ?!?! Just to mention, after I left the store I went in Tommy Hilfinger,a store run by the same company and I had no problems getting in ,so definitely a store issue.
I wouldn’t go in that store,I was ashamed in front of the rest of the customers and the staff members that they were just looking without trying to make that awful situation any better.

Shannon, at the Calvin Klein Store on Regent, was exceptional! My son and I were in the store shopping for about an hour (being dismally assisted by reluctant staff) before I sought her out. She was the only staff who was friendly, helpful, and appeared happy to be there. Because of her alone, my son was able to obtain hard to find sizes and ended up spending around a thousand dollars on very nice and trendy merchandise. Shannon urged me to file the tax form at the airport for a tax refund, which I did and I received about $75 back. Thank you, Shannon! You are truly the best.

That’s my favourite bra shop ????????, sizes did change since few years ago . I was 34 B all my life now I am 36 C but same as the old bra that I had before . Anyway, great quality and excellent service, thank you for professional service of the present manager there . I needed to exchange few items and she was very helpful. Will visit soon for the new collection.

BEWARE! You cannot return your jeans if its label is removed, any one of the three , even if you still have them. I bought one pair 30/32 is slightly big, 28/32 is too small. They say oh we don’t have 29, so I got the 30. Then I found out they do 29/32 online. I took it back to shop and the manager said you can’t return it cuz your removed the label. Even I only bought it few days ago,have the labels and receipt in original bag and didn’t even wear it. Brilliant as an international company. HM and Zara are cheaper but with better customer service. Funny

The staff was pretty amazing. One of my stops in London was Calvin Klein Jeans store to buy some male jewelry and the guy who assisted me was so helpful. Didn't catch his name but I think he was from Syria and he wore a colourful hoodie. He and the girl was the best people I've ever seen in my life. Calvin Klein never disappoints even when it comes to his staff. Thank you

The security guard told my mother to go and sit down in a chair at the exit, where it was cold and windy, for security reasons..? My mother and I wanted to have a good time and shop together but we were not allowed to lol. We walked straight out of the store. Never going back there. Calvin klein had nice clothing tho, but the security guard ruined our time in there.

Very polite staff, who greet you on the entrance, and avoid giving you any questions for the first 5 minutes. They have noticed that I'm looking for something specific, and we're happy to help
Staff assisted me with picking the right size and kept being very polite. It was a very pleasant experience, with only downside that underware prices seem too expensive, even for Kelvin Klein, 35 gbp per pair is a bit overkill.

Regretted ever walking into this shop. I took some jeans for tailoring and after not hearing back I had to call to find out they had lost them and they hadn’t realised. They told me I could pick some new jeans and pay the difference or get a refund (they were a gift). After complaining to Calvin Klein separately, I got told I could pick another pair of jeans. They then forgot to ring me again to tell me they were ready for pick up. When I went to pick up I had to wait 20 minutes as they had forgotten I was there waiting for them! Could have been bad luck if they hadn’t been so awful over a number of visits.

products and staff were nice however the calvin klein jeans products fit differently to normal calvin klein products and staff thought it fitted fine despite being very skinny especially for a t shirt. Other than that pricing is what to expect from a designer brand and staff were mostly helpful

I bought a watch 2 months before and its the second time that i will have its glass fixed. There seems to be a lot of similar complains for this model so i advice everyone not to make the mistake and buy this watch!! I am very disappointed with the company as i paid a lot of money to purchase this watch! The sure thing is that i will never make the same mistake again!
