Dishonest staff, trap guests. I asked one of their staff to give me a new bag because the one on showcase has black dots. They did so and I checked, new item looks fine. So she brought it back to warehouse and packed it for me. Guess what, I opened the package at night, it is the one with black dots.

I was told by one of the shop assistants that I can order a bag on the coach website as they are shipping stuff to all the European countries but it was completely untrue. I would recommend checking from time to time whether the people working in the shop obtain even limited knowledge about shop shipping policies.
