I have been isolating for many months over COVID-19. It's had a bad impact on my mental health. The first time I went out to window shopping was on Saturday 1st May.
I came in Y-3 looking for an old perfume from Yohji Yamamoto.
I came in for a look around but I wasn't feeling well. I ended up buying clothes and then suddenly when I realised it was a mistake, it was too late.i saw on my receipt they DON'T do refunds.
I've been trying to explain to them, as well as head office: Hervia. Really stubborn and unhelpful. I'm now left with the expensive mistake and clothes
I don't want . The Directors were equally stubborn and unhelpful. Such a bad experience. No one should be forced into this terrible situation and manipulation.

Y3 is a crazy but smart retail business. They are out there. They sell most clothing for occasions and are always up to date with fashion trends and the seasons. The quality is exquisite, the customer service is excellent; they are friendly and most helpful in there jobs. However the clothes are expensive and you should only shop here if you have at least £600 to spend. As one t-shirt is nearly £155.
But overall the store is excellent.

The shop is so nice, cant understand the bad reviews. The staff was friendly and fits perfectly into the Y3 concept! The Design is so nice and futuristic, i love it it! It smells great!

Opened the doors at 18.53 pm. 7 mins before closing and said hello straight away with a smile on my face. The answer I got: We close in 3 mins. No hello. No smile. And all I wanted is to have 2 mins look on the items. Customer service doesn't exist. Do I want to go back? No.

The smallest sign in front of the register states the return policy, no returns after 7 days and only store credit before 7days. Also, there is no verbal mention of Y-3 policy. I will not be shopping Y-3 again.

Place is ok, but they told me they close in 5 minutes at 18:50, and said i was wrong when i asked wether it wasn't 19:30? Says 19:30 here on google maps though, i was planning my shopping around that.

Purchased and item and would not let me return due to a policy, yet have one little sign showing that policy at the checkout desk, really need to do more of telling the customer than making them figure it out when they go back to the store and return and they say NO.
