avoid this store the manager asked the embarrassed security guards to throw out my 21 year old nephew( who was wearing a tommy hilfiger coat) & his 3 friends. Why ??? no reason other than being hard working young black men. sadly racial profiling appears to still be thriving in this company.

First time at this shop after they reshuffled it. Unfortunately for me it looked they have more shop members of staff than customers. I tend to go to a clothing store to buy clothes and not having a coffee, but I guess more Starbucks or Costas are needed if you have to get a coffee in a Tommy Hilfiger store.

Avoid ordering online with Tommy Hilfiger! Had the worst experience as a new customer trying to return an item. You can't return it to store, and parcelforce will try and charge you for a collection ffs. Nightmare getting this return sorted. Will never be shopping here again.
