Persuaded to buy some jeans in store via their on line system as the pair I wanted wasn't in stock.
Found out afterwards it is £5 dearer than doing it on my phone.
They don't tell you that at point of order.
Why is it more expensive?
After all it was me that filled in all the details!

I come the middle East and a loyal customer of Tommy for the past 7 years . I must say I have never visited a Tommy Hilfiger shop in the middle east this much options and friendly staff. There were a lot of winter clothing and a good discount on selected apparels . The staff were really helpful and I would like to visit again

Very poor shopping experience. Stock size options poor, as is often the case in other branches. Made worse with website being just as bad and very poor to navigate.
Very surprising given target audience.
Always happy with their products though... would buy more if I could.. but restricted due to stock availability.

Heads up, they don't stock many of their backpacks in the flag ship store. Went all the way there today and was disappointed. I'd would appreciate seeing and holding a backpack that I'm going to be spending 3 digits on.

This store has undergone a refit recently and boasts a large menswear department on the 1st floor and a smaller women's selection on ground floor. Welcoming and friendly staff and a great selection of clothing at slightly higher prices than other shops on the high street but I find the quality very good.

Very helpful blonde lady with an accent, brought us a new coat from back, packaged beautifully and overall excellent customer service with her was excellent despite other colleagues interrupting her for help.
