Very poor customer service, took 5 phone calls to get through and book in to get a quote on an issue that im fully aware of the cause, to be later told there is a cost of £51.50 for a diagnostic that I also had conducted a week prior. Will not recommend to anyone, as clearly extorting for needless "diagnostics" using the charges applicable to these.

A new addition to the family meant we needed a bigger car. After going to a few different places we ended up here and the service Kizzy gave us was so much better than anywhere else. She went through everything with us, explaining anything we weren't sure of and kept us in the loop throughout the buying process. 100% would reccomend.

So far so good! Took delivery today and I must say that it has been a good experience. I am very happy with the manner in which Richard Biddle has conducted the sales business and will be moving to the Portsmouth area and anticipate good service there from the local Vauxhall Aftersales Team.

I have just had my car serviced here and from the service i received i cannot fault any aspect of it. First class! Even the chap who collected my car and bought it back after the service was so pleasant. A good job was done and they even washed the car which was un-expected and very welcome! Thanks to all. Grea customer service,rich explains everything well and easy to understand, I had no idea what car I wanted when I got there,but left with the right car that we needed, didn’t t try to sell me the most expensive cars just showed me the ones the suited our needs. Well what can i say i have read some good reviews and bad ones too. If you had a good customer service from drive good for you, my wasn't. Took my car had been involved in an accident the insurance company took it there as there are so called approved body shop repairers. Had a rear end, this car has twin exhaust when the car was delivered the rear exhaust did not line up with the other. car got rejected by me, came back to redeliver the car still not right. Had lots of conversation in between to get it sorted to no avail. They insisted that was correct i again spoke to the insurers the insurance company suggested for mt to take it to another body shop which i did and found the car was not repaired to standard in the end the second body shop ended up putting right what drive could not do. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DRIVE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL Whats the point in contacting when the problem when the issue was NOT dealt with at the time this has been dealt with another company(body shop)

Where do I start brought a used car and had serval issues Car wasn’t ready when we turned up to collect wasn’t washed no inflation kit no parcel shelf No aerial on car! A Warning light came on twice Window wiper was broke made a scratch on window they came n replaced front window All resorted in about 10 visits back to drive With 2 children wasn’t ideal Regret going with drive didn’t think I would have all these problems! Made a complaint to peter lee I've never heard back about that either! All problems were resolved eventually it’s all about getting that sale don’t want to deal with problems!

My experience of franchised dealers has been totally restored today following a problem with a car i collected and was due to drive back to London. On collection the brakes were obviously not working correctly and having contacted Drive Leicester I arranged to bring the car into them and they promised to have a look at the problem. i was met by Krishna and I cannot compliment her enough for the work she put in, along with the mechanics to get me back on the road. Krishna kept me fully informed of the progress and made sure that I could afford the work that was needed. In all my years of dealing with service departments in the motor trade, I ever been treated as well as i was treated here and would HIGHLY recommend you use this dealership for all of your Vauxhall requirements. This place really should be given 6 stars (and yes this really is a totally independent review!)
