I arrived at the car showroom 25 minutes late for my appointment after getting stuck in traffic, there was only 20 minutes before they closed, but the know I'd travelled 120 miles to see the car and they made a special effort to help me view it, and get a short test drive. The staff were very polite, left me to inspect the car without any pressure and answered all of my questions. The car has had a good valeting, but not a deep clean, but that was no problem for me. The price was a fair price and I am very happy with it. It came with a 6 month warranty from a 3rd party independent warranty service along with AA cover.
I found the staff very pleasant to deal with and respectful of my needs and did what they could to support.
I left with my new car after about 1 hour from arrival and the staff were courteous and not complaining that I'd held them up by 40 minutes after their going home time.

I bought a petrol Toyota Yaris in Oct last year for my daughter, and decided not to take the extended warranty; but within the first week the Malfunction indicator lamp came and stayed on for a few days, and then the light switched off.
When I contacted the garage I was told the problem needs to be consistent (not intermittent) for it to be diagnosed, which I understood; but then after about 2 months the light came on permanently and is still on.
A few days before the one month warranty was due to expire, the CD player stopped working, so I went to the garage and they sent me to a local second hand Toyota parts garage who swapped the faulty CD player; so that problem was sorted.
But then after the one month period the engine started to make quite a loud intermittent noise on startup (similar to a Diesel engine), and I continue to get this noise on almost a daily basis.
Last month my daughter lost acceleration whilst driving, and so I had to have the gear box cable fixed which cost over £100
I wish I hadn’t bought this car as it’s turned out to be full of problems

When I called Auto Investments to view a car ....I explained I was coming across the city in a taxi and it would take time.....after I viewed the car which was a nice car but didn't suit my needs I naturally assumed I could browse at the other cars as anyone does when looking to buy a car and come some distance from home.
The owner quickly told me due to pandemic rules he couldn't allow me browse around ...yet he and his staff wore no masks and no hand sanitizers around .
If this is his rules he should be informing customers they will not be allowed to look at only the ONE they're interested in..
It became clear that his reason for not allowing me to browse was because he wanted to lock up for day ....it was 3pm im guessing he doesn't need the business and with this kinda attitude I'm glad I didn't buy from him as who knows how he would like if a problem should occurred with a car bought from someone so selfish.
When I rang I had asked what times they were open till and I could easily have visited at a more convenient time for him but no he wanted the sale with no concerns id travelled to look at his cars.....if this is how he treats people I'm definitely relieved i didn't buy from this car dealer

I am very disappointed. The service wasn't bad. But when I found a few problems with the car, of course after the purchase. I informed them. communication was very poor. first they sent me to the mechanic for guarantees and then they stopped responding to emails. I do not recommend. and I will not buy anything from them anymore

Purchased a Citroen DS3 from Auto Investments early last week. Nice and easy to book an appointment over the phone. Upon arrival i was handed the keys to have a good look at the car without any of the sales team standing over me or pressuring on buying, i was given plenty of time to view the car. The car was very well presented and clean. Any questions i asked were answered in a way i was satisfied with. I was able to give the car a good test drive. Finance options were well explained and were able to be personalised. Within a few hours purchase was complete and i drove the car away on the same day with a free 6 months warranty and free AA breakdown cover for a year.
Prior to viewing the car i was unsure as to which garages locally were reliable as this was the first time I'd purchased a car from a trade seller. However, if you are also unsure as to which car garages/traders to visit i would recommend taking a look at Auto Investments whether in their garage or online. I went to view a specific car but they had a good range of vehicles in their garage and online.

I travelled from London to buy a Ford Grand C max 2016 advertised on Autotrader and was really dirty, driver's side mirror jingling, lot of scratches witch none of 'em was showing in pics or description. The answer was: what you expect from 5 years old car? Really,is it to much to be honest? I was deeply disappointed to see the car, was not described proper, dirty, loads of scratches more in, driver side window noise when shut the dor. How can a dirty car meet covid 19 measurements

Cars on show perfectly here. Not pressured by salesman but on hand if you need them. Cars very clean and able to give all round look over. Went for a specific car but after two looks on the same day left without buying. Totally down to me and still not sure if I made the wrong move by not buying it. Probably be back after lockdown.

Visited the showroom a couple months ago with a friend looking to buy a car to replace a faulty car (she has bought else where). Prices are amazing, staff ever so kind and couldn't help enough. Unfortunately she didn't buy as she couldn't find a car she liked but she said she felt extremely comfortable and would have if she had found a car that was right for her.

Despite all the negative comments, we gave it a go. The car we liked was booked for viewing previous evening for 10am, so we turned up 9.58 just to be told there is someone elese booked for 9.30. What a joke, luckily we are local so did not waste too much time but feel for the people who travel far just to face simillar situation! Very unprofessional, don't bother with Auto Investments Ltd.

AVOID AT ALL COST. The costumer service is horrible. Rude moody staff. The cars are polished leamons. They will not move on price, and make rude remarks "you're wasting my time"... Then slamming the door in anger. Please invest your money somewhere else.
Edit 07/09/20: the owner has responded with a smeer, untrue and unprofessional response.
The offer was only £200 less to meet in the middle. (So i don't know who you are referring too). But only received angry and unprofessional behaviour. Please avoid this company till it has made some serious changes in management and customer service training.

We turned up to view and test drive a car at 3.30 and they close at 4. While we sorted finances and a way to get home after we had decided to purchase the car, the guys here stayed behind for 40 minutes while we organised ourselves without a moan! They were great and would definitely recommend :)

WORST CAR DEALER I"VE DEALT WITH - EXPECT TO BE SOLD A FAULTY CAR, WITH ZERO AFTER-SALE SUPPORT.
The sales person "Jimmy" was rude, had no etiquett, he wasn't able to answer basic questions about the car and got really uptight when he was asked questions. He was caught lying, I asked him how long they had the car for sale (auto trader on desktop mode shows listing date in the URL. He said only one week and it had been three. What was the need to lie? The pictures on Auto trader did not describe or show damage to alloy wheels, ripped door panels & deep scratches on paintwork and scuffed headlights. So if you are travelling from far to buy a car here(which I wouldn't advise) then I'd recommend you call and ask, obviously they hide these things to get people to the showroom. I asked for a discount on the list price because of all the damage that was unlisted and the cost for me to put them right. Car sales person pretended to call his boss. I saw his phone screen it wasn't calling anyone. He even went along with a fake conversation with himself in front of me. I eventually managed to get some money off and decided to buy the car. After owning the car for a week my wife complained that she had water on the inside of the car. I dismissed it for condensation and put it down to the car being sat idle for a few weeks. This was not the case, the car has significant water leak into it. I found that this is not covered under the warranty they offer. When I called them they didn't want anything to do with it on the phone. From start to finish a really poor experience. I would not recommend them, Lesson learn't, pay a little more and go to a decent car dealer.

The service and experience was really bad, starting from the purchase. My husband and I went there to buy a car and the salesman did not help at all. We chose the car and asked him to take a test drive, but, he was only concerned with the finance method we wanted to use to pay for it. After a week, the car began to make some squeaking noise. We got back there and they promised to change the brake pads. Even told us to come after two hours to collect the car, but, they did nothing. Just put a little grease in it. Worst service ever. And the car still makes noise and now it's worse. Very disappointed.
